Terms and Conditions of the “UAHE Quiz” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 13:30 UTC on January 23, 2026, to 13:30 UTC on January 30, 2026.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country of jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and, if necessary, may request proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is conducted primarily to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising material of the Organizer.

Participants of the Promotion may be adults from permitted countries (all except those listed above), or other persons legally residing in such countries, who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are existing users and have completed identity verification (KYC).
During the Promotion Period, correctly answered 10 out of 10 questions about UAHE in the Google Form available by the link and provided their WhiteBIT exchange nickname.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, registering multiple accounts on the exchange (using multiple accounts) is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts.

All Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing and advertising activities, tax purposes, and accounting obligations.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of Prize distribution, it is determined that a person is not eligible to be a Participant under these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.

20 Participants who have fulfilled all Conditions of the Promotion may become Winners and receive a share of the Prize Pool of 22,000 UAHE, specifically 1,100 UAHE per Winner.

The maximum possible number of Winners is 20.

Each Winner may receive one Prize only.

From January 30 to February 11, 2026, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who have correctly fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions.

The determination of Winners will take place on February 11, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants who fulfilled the Conditions. Winners will be determined according to ranking (position in the list on https://www.random.org/).

If, after the Winners are determined, it is discovered that a Participant improperly fulfilled the Conditions or otherwise violated these Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner. In this case, the Prize and Winner status will be transferred to the next Participant in the list generated by random.org.

On February 11, 2026, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this WhiteBIT blog article and a video recording of the Winner selection process on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days following the publication of the Winners list, no later than February 25, 2026.

Winners will be notified of the Prize crediting via email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is not provided. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and under the Conditions defined herein.

The Prize received is non-refundable.

If Winners do not receive the Prize or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or via the online chat no later than March 4, 2026. Failure to do so by this date results in loss of the right to receive the Prize.

Winners may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties. A Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Participant’s country.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and all related actions, including but not limited to informing about the Promotion results in advertising or other forms, as well as subsequent communication of promotional information regarding future campaigns, contests, or Promotions of the Organizer.

By accepting these Terms, Participants consent to such data processing and confirm their full understanding of the purposes of data processing and familiarity with the privacy policy:

Participants also consent to the use of their first and last names without any material compensation and agree to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners consent to participate in promotional interviews, including radio and television, and to be photographed for promotional materials without monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and images belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Promotion Period. Any changes will be published on the Organizer’s website https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes between Participants regarding the Prize. In case of ambiguous interpretation of these Rules or matters not regulated herein, the final decision is made by the Organizer in accordance with applicable law. The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal services (including email), errors of third-party service providers, or circumstances resulting in delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered communications, or failure of a Participant to receive the Prize.

In case of discrepancies or inaccuracies between translations in different languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall prevail and replace all other versions.
