Terms and Conditions of the “Star Rating” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on November 26, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on December 26, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the Austria, Japan, China, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, United States, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Turkey, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
Participants can contact the Organizer via email at support@whitebit.com or through the chat on the website https://whitebit.com.
The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who have met the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Registered on the TradingView platform or are already registered users at the time the Promotion commences;
- Linked their WhiteBIT account to TradingView;
- Left a review of WhiteBIT in the “Brokers” section on TradingView;
- Filled out the Google Form indicating their WhiteBIT nickname, TradingView nickname, and a link to their review.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who meet all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion may become Winners and win a share of the Promotion Total Prize Pool of 7,500 USDTB*, namely 25 USDTB for each Winner.
*For further information regarding USDTB:
- USDTB serves as an asset for collateralizing positions in futures trading involving all pairs with the PERP suffix. This asset is exclusively reflected on the Collateral Balance, provided that said balance remains positive.
- USDTB may only be acquired as a deposit-reward from WhiteBIT.
- In cases where the Collateral balance contains only USDTB, positions may be opened with collateralization solely using this asset. If other assets are present on the Collateral Balance, USDTB shall be utilized as the last resort for collateralization.
- Should the Realized P&L (RP&L) within futures trading be positive, the USDTB shall be converted and reflected on the Collateral balance in the form of USDT. Conversely, if the P&L result is negative, the bonus USDTB shall be deducted directly from the Collateral balance.
- The use of USDTB is subject to a limited term.
It is explicitly prohibited to:
- Top up other types of balances using USDTB;
- Withdraw or transfer USDTB in any form;
- Trade USDTB within margin trading;
- Use USDTB to secure Crypto Borrow;
- Transfer USDTB to a sub-account.
The USDTB bonus is valid until February 14, 2026, inclusive.
IMPORTANT! USDTB accrual is only available in jurisdictions where futures trading is permitted on the WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of Participants, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, that Participant will forfeit their right to win, and the right will pass to the next Participant on the list..
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Pool is 300 people.
One Winner can win only one Prize.
Based on the Promotion’s results from December 26, 2025, to January 2, 2026, inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Prize, will be determined on January 2, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms. The Winners who will receive the Prize are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The list of Winners will be published in this article on January 5, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Prize Pool will be published on the same day on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took the third place in the list, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the rating.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than January 23, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
