The Terms of Participation in the “AKTIO Quiz” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/ua).
Promotion Period: from 1 PM (UTC) May 17, 2024, to 1 PM (UTC) May 24, 2024.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling business service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants of the Promotion can be adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned ones) or other persons legally residing in such countries who comply with these Conditions:
- First-time registrants on the WhiteBIT website or existing users who have completed identity verification (KYC);
- During the Promotion Period, correctly answered all 10 questions about AKTIO in the Google form and also provided their WhiteBIT exchange username.

The terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within its duration.
Important! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is found that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible according to these Rules, such person will not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants who meet all the conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Prize fund, which amounts to 1,300 AKTIO, specifically 65 AKTIO each.
The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Promotion is 20 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion from May 24, 2024, to June 3, 2024, inclusive, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who meet the Promotion’s conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on June 3, 2024, using the random.org service, automatically from among all Participants who have met the conditions. Winners receiving the Prize are determined by ranking (position in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).
On June 3, 2024, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and a video recording of the winner determination process on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 7 business days from the day following the publication of the Winners list on the WhiteBIT blog, by June 12, 2024, inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the crediting of the Prizes by email, to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.
If a Winner does not comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner, and this right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Winner receives the Prize for free and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
The awarded Prize is non-refundable.
If Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or speak with the Organizer’s agents in the online chat no later than June 19, 2024. If the Winners do not contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses incurred by the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation for Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, carry out all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as potentially sending the Participant information, including promotional material, about the Organizer’s future events/competitions/promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation and agree to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions and terms of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances due to which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost, or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the relevant Prize.
If there are any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
