Get a chance to become one of 50 winners who will share a prize pool of 250 WBT for completing one of three tasks:

How to participate:

- Write a message in the chat community in Telegram in which you indicate which task you completed with the hashtag #choice_made;
- Fill out the Google form and indicate the nickname on the exchange, the nickname of your Telegram account from which you left a message, a link to your profile in the social network you’re subscribed to, and the version of the task you completed.

Terms and Conditions of the “The choice is yours!” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period will commence on the 15th of February, 2024 at 16:00 (UTC) and conclude on the 28th of February, 2024 at 16:00 (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.
For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via email at support@whitebit.com or via live chat on the official website at https://whitebit.com.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT exchange or are already a registered user and passed KYC verification;
- Subscribed to the official WhiteBIT account on Instagram or X;
- Completed one of the following optional tasks on the WhiteBIT exchange:
- Achieved a trading volume on the main account (excluding sub-accounts) of 1,000 USDT on the spot market or 5,000 USDT on the futures market (equivalent) during the activity;
- Replenished the balance in the amount of 10 USDT (equivalent, excluding WhiteBIT codes) and kept this amount on your balance until the end of the Promotion;
- Bought from 3 WBT.
- Wrote a message in the Organizer’s Telegram chat community, indicating which task was completed and with the hashtag #choice_made;
- Filled out the Google form and indicated the nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, the nickname of their Telegram account from which they wrote the message, a link to their profile in the social network they subscribed to, and the version of the task they completed.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Important! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of several accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms can become Winners and win part of the Prize Fund, which is 250 WBT.
Namely, each winner has the opportunity to receive 5 WBT.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 50 people.
One Winner may receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion in the period from February 28, 2024, to March 19, 2024, inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on March 19, 2024, automatically using the random.org service among all Promotion participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The winners who will receive the prize are determined by the rating (placed in the list on the https://www.random.org service).
On March 19, 2024, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and a video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
If the Winners cannot be contacted or if the Winners do not comply with these Terms, they will forfeit their right to Winner status, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer sends the Prizes to the wallets of the Winners on the Main balances of the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 working days after the announcement of the Winners. In addition, the Organizer will email the Winners of the prize to the email address registered in their WhiteBIT accounts within five working days after the Prize is credited to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
Suppose Winners do not receive a Prize to which they are entitled or experience any other difficulties. In that case, Winners must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents in an online chat by the 2nd of April, 2024, inclusive. If the Winners are not contacted about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 2nd of April 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out per the prevailing legislation of the Promotion territory in question.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not explicitly addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English version will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
