Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Buy Challenge with DEFI” Promotion
The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The promotion period is from 2 PM UTC on April 4, 2025, to 2 PM UTC on April 11, 2025.
The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, The Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., except for the above-mentioned) or other persons who are legally residing in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or were registered earlier and passed the WhiteBIT exchange identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- Have purchased at least 28,000 DEFI during the Promotion period;
- Held this amount on the Main or Trade balance on WhiteBIT exchange until the announcement of the Promotion Winners on April 17, 2025.
Please note! Users who already had DEFI on their Trade or Main balance at the start of the Promotion (2 PM UTC on April 4, 2025) must increase their balance by at least 28,000 DEFI by the end of the Promotion (2 PM UTC on April 11, 2025) compared to the balance at the start of the Promotion.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Promotion Terms is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a Prize from the Prize Pool of 850,000 DEFI according to the following categories:
5 Participants who purchased and held 28,000 DEFI will receive 10,000 DEFI;
10 Participants who purchased and held 56,000 DEFI will receive 20,000 DEFI each;
20 Participants who purchased and held 84,000 DEFI will receive 30,000 DEFI each.
The maximum total number of Promotion Winners is 35.
Each Winner can receive only 1 Prize.
A Participant can take part and become a Winner only in one of the categories.
Based on the Promotion results, in the period from April 11, 2025, to April 17, 2025, the Organizer automatically generates three lists of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on April 17, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Promotion Participants in each category who have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. The Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).
The list of Winners will be published in this article in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on April 17, 2025, and a video with a screen recording of the Winners’ determination process will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days after the Winners are announced.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than May 2, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer.
By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
