3. Trade the USDT/UAHG pair during the tournament period from January 23rd to February 1st.

What are the prizes:

• Main Prize Pool. 20 participants with the highest trading volume will share a prize pool of 160,000 UAHG, depending on their ranking.
• Additional Prize Pool. 20 participants who achieve a trading volume of over 76000 UAHG can win 1900 UAHG each.
• Special Prize Pool. The trader with the highest trading volume on a random day of the tournament (from 12 a.m. UTC to 11:59 p.m. UTC) will receive 2000 UAHG.

Terms and Conditions of the “Trading Competition With UAHg” Promotion

The Promotion is organized by WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).

The Promotion period: from 12 p.m. (UTC) on January 23rd, 2024, until 12 p.m. (UTC) on February 1st, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are obliged to make sure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants and may ask for proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:

1. Signed up for the official WhiteBIT exchange website https://whitebit.com for the first time or be already signed up and passed KYC verification;
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotions page;
3. Traded the USDT/UAHG trading pair on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period.

Important! The table of Participants is a ranking table of the Promotion participants that is formed according to the trading volume (where the first place is occupied by the Participant with the highest trading volume), which is updated every 30 minutes.

The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 p.m. UTC on February 1st, 2023.

The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the USDT/UAHG trading pair, as indicated on the Promotion page.

The Trading Volume is counted as the total sum of all Participants executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Token);
• Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Important! During the participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will lead to the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the event of detection of multiple account creation, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Promotion conditions must be fulfilled within the terms of the Promotion.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person shall lose the right to receive the Prize.

Campaign Participants have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Main Prize Fund of 160,000 UAHG.

The first 20 Participants who fulfill the Promotion conditions and reach the highest trading volume during the Promotion period have an opportunity to win a Prize from the Prize Fund, which will be distributed as follows:

1st place on the leaderboard — 40 110 UAHG;

2nd place on the leaderboard — 24,000 UAHG;

3rd place on the leaderboard — 16,000 UAHG;

4th–9th places on the leaderboard — 6,660 UAHG;

10th–20th places on the leaderboard — 3,630 UAHG.

Other Participants of the Promotion who have reached more than 76000 UAHG trading volume on the USDT/UAHG pair during the Promotion period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Fund, which is 38,000 UAHG, namely 1900 UAHG each.

The Participant of the Promotion with the largest trading volume on a random day of the Promotion will be selected as the Winner and receive the Prize of the Special Prize Fund, which is 2,000 UAHG.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Main Prize Fund is 20 people. The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Additional Prize Fund is 20 people. The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Special Prize Fund is 1 person.

One Winner may receive only one Main or one Additional Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Funds. A Prize from the Special Prize Fund can be received together with a Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Fund.

Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer automatically generates the list of the Promotion Participants who fulfilled its Main and Additional conditions at 12 p.m. (UTC) on the 1st of February 2024, according to the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion, which will be available in the Tournament Table.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on the 8th of February 2024. The winners who will receive the prizes will be 20 participants who fulfilled the promotion terms and had the highest trading volume at the moment of the promotion’s completion, according to the rating formed in the standings.

The Winners who will receive the prize of the Additional Prize Fund will be determined on February 8, 2024, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The list of winners will be published in this article on February 9th, 2024. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive Prizes from the Additional Prize Fund will be published on February 9th, 2024, on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The winner of the Special Prize Fund and the day of the Tournament on which the Winner had the largest trading volume will be announced in this article on February 9th, 2024.

The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days from the next calendar day after the publication of the Winners’ list.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 5 working days after the accrual of the Prizes.

If the Winner does not comply with these Conditions, such Winner loses the right to the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced with its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website and the email address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than the 26th of February 2024 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Conditions and/or issues not regulated by these Conditions, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
