The duration of the second stage of the Promotion: from 13:00 (UTC) 16.03.2026 to 13:00 (UTC) 25.03.2026.
The duration of the Third Stage of the Promotion: from 12:00 (UTC) 25.03.2026 to 12:00 (UTC) 09.04.2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants in the First Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the First Stage of the Promotion:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- During the First Stage of the Promotion, deposited at least 50 USDT to their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange via the PLASMA network;
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
- Kept this amount in their WhiteBIT Main balance until 16/03/2026.
Attention! Users who already had USDT in their Main balance at the start of the First Stage of the Promotion (13:00 UTC 06/03/2026) must increase their balance by at least 50 USDT compared to the balance at the start of the Promotion by the end of the Promotion stage (13:00 UTC 16/03/2026) in order to become a Promotion Participant.
Participants in the Second Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Second Stage of the Promotion:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
- Purchased 280 XPL with USDT via the Convert feature.
- Held the exchanged assets on the Main balance until 25/03/2026.
Participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion may be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Third Stage of the Promotion:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Trading competition page.
- Traded the XPL/USDT pair on the WhiteBIT spot market and reached a minimum trading volume of 25,000 USDT during the Third Stage of the Promotion.
The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on 09/04/2026.
The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the XPL/USDT pair during the Promotion Period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders, VIP status users, and participants in the Affiliate Program);
- Use API bots;
- Use trading bots;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the First Stage Prize Pool, which is 800 USDT, depending on the conditions they have fulfilled:
- 30 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 50 USDT to 100 USDT to their Main balance on WhiteBIT via the PLASMA network during the Promotion period can receive 5 USDT or 7 USDT, depending on whether they participated in all stages of the festival.
- 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 101 USDT to 150 USDT to their Main Balance on WhiteBIT via the PLASMA network during the Promotion period can receive 10 USDT or 12 USDT if they participated in all stages of the festival.
- 11 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 151 USDT to 200 USDT to their Main balance on WhiteBIT via the PLASMA network during the Promotion period can receive 15 USDT or 20 USDT if they participated in all stages of the festival.
- 5 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion and deposited 201+ USDT to their Main Balance on WhiteBIT via the PLASMA network during the Promotion period can receive 28 USDT or 38 USDT if they participated in all stages of the festival.
The maximum possible total number of Winners of the First Stage of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is 61 people. Each Winner of the First Stage of the Promotion can receive only 1 Prize. A participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool of the Second Stage of the Promotion, which is 800 USDT, depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:
- 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and purchased from 280 XPL to 560 XPL for USDT through the Convert tool during the Promotion period can receive 8 USDT or 10 USDT, depending on whether they participated in all stages of the festival.
- 10 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and purchased between 561 XPL and 1115 XPL for USDT via the Convert tool during the Promotion period can receive 16 USDT or 20 USDT, depending on whether they participated in all stages of the festival.
- 10 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and purchased from 1116 XPL for USDT through the Convert tool during the Promotion period can receive 35 USDT or 40 USDT if they participated in all stages of the festival.
The first 20 participants of the Third Stage of the Promotion* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Promotion Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 60,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of the Third Stage of the Promotion, which amounts to 3,250 USDT, to be distributed as follows:
- 1st place in the Leaderboard — 575 USDT or 600 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 2nd place in the Leaderboard — 500 USDT or 525 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 3rd place in the Leaderboard — 400 USDT or 425 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 4th place in the Leaderboard — 300 USDT or 325 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 5th place in the Leaderboard — 175 USDT or 200 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 6th–10th places in the Leaderboard — 80 USDT or 100 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 11th–15th place in the Leaderboard — 70 USDT or 75 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival;
- 16th–20th place in the Leaderboard — 55 USDT or 60 USDT if participated in all stages of the festival.
*If the number of Participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion who reach a trading volume of 60,000 USDT is less than 20, the Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the above distribution, according to the Participant’s place in the ranking table.
15 Participants of the Third Stage of the Promotion who fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the minimum trading volume (at least 25,000 USDT) during the Second Stage of the Promotion, but do not make it into the Leaderboard, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool of the Third Stage of the Promotion, which amounts to up to 750 USDT, which will be distributed randomly — 40 USDT to each, or 50 USDT to each if they participated in all Stages of the Promotion.
The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Third Stage of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is 35 people.
Each Winner of the Third Stage of the Promotion can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will form four lists of Participants who meet the Terms and Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion during the period from 16/03/2026 to 27/03/2026.
The winners of the First Stage of the Promotion, who will receive prizes from the First Stage Prize Pool, will be determined on 27/03/2026using the random.org service, from among all participants in the promotion, in each list, respectively. Winners are determined by rating (position on the service https://www.random.org/).
The formation of three lists of Participants of the Second Stage of the Promotion who have purchased 280 XPL for USDT through the Convert feature and will receive Prizes from the Prize Pool of the Second Stage of the Promotion will take place after a detailed check for compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, from 25/03 2026 to 07/04/2026 using the random.org service, from among all participants in the promotion, in each list, respectively. Winners are determined by rating (position on the service https://www.random.org/).
The formation of two lists of Participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion who will receive Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the Third Stage of the Promotion will take place after a detailed check for compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, from 09/04/2026 to 21/04/2026.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on 21/04 2026. The winners who will receive prizes from the Third Stage Prize Pool will be the 20 participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Second Stage and had the highest trading volume for the XPL/USDT pair at the end of the Promotion, according to the ranking formed in the Leaderboard. In addition, 15 participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the promotion and have achieved a minimum trading volume of 25,000 USDT on the XPL/USDT pair, but did not make it into the tournament table, will be determined using the https://www.random.org/ service.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who has reached the highest trading volume on the pairs specified in the Terms and Conditions or to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took third place in the Leaderboard, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.
The list of winners of the First Stage Prize Pool will be published on 27/03/2026 in an article on the WhiteBIT blog. The list of winners of the second stage prize pool will be published on 07/04/2026, the list of winners of the third stage prize pool will be published on 21/04/2026, and the general list of promotion winners and the amounts of prizes they will receive will be published on 21/04/2026 in an article on the WhiteBIT blog. Videos with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days from the next calendar day after the general list of Winners is published (on 21/04/2026).
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than 12/05/2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
