The rules are simple:
- Register for the first time on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or already be a registered user of the exchange and pass the verification procedure (KYC);
- Click the “Participate” button on the Promotions page;
- Trade the JOVJOU/USDT pair on WhiteBIT during the Promotion period.
Gain the largest trading volume and move up the standings! 20 Participants who reach the highest trading volume will share the Main Prize Fund of 248 000 JOVJOU. Participants with a trading volume of $3000 or more will share the Additional Prize Fund of 127 000 JOVJOU.

Terms and Conditions of the “Trading Competition With JOVJOU” Promotion
The Promotion is organized by WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
The Promotion period: from 12 p.m. (UTC) on October 17, 2023, until 12 p.m. (UTC) on October 26, 2023.
Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are obliged to make sure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.
The Promotion is held with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up for the official WhiteBIT exchange website https://whitebit.com for the first time or be already signed up and passed KYC verification;
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page;
- Traded the JOVJOU/USDT trading pair on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period.
Important!
The table of Participants is refreshed every 30 minutes. The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 p.m. UTC on October 26, 2023.
The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the JOVJOU/USDT trading pair, as indicated on the Promotion page.
The Trading Volume is counted as the total sum of all Participant’s executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period. The Participant has to increase the trading volume on the JOVJOU/USDT pair to at least 1000 USDT in order to get into the leaderboard.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the trading competition if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Token);
- Use API bots;
- Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Joint intentional actions of a Participant with other Participants who use their accounts to participate in the Promotion with insider knowledge of such accounts’ actions, strategies, and intentions regarding placing and executing orders are considered to be multi-account management and are prohibited, and, therefore, entail disqualification of such Participants.
The Promotion conditions must be fulfilled within the terms of the Promotion.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person shall lose the right to receive the Prize.
Campaign Participants have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Total Prize Fund of 375 000 JOVJOU, which consists of the Main Prize Fund of 248 000 JOVJOU and the Additional Prize Fund of 127 000 JOVJOU.
20 Participants who fulfill the Promotion conditions and reach the highest trading volume during the Promotion period have an opportunity to win a Prize from the Main Prize Fund, which will be distributed as follows
- 1st place on the leaderboard — 62 090 JOVJOU;
- 2nd place on the leaderboard — 37 200 JOVJOU;
- 3rd place on the leaderboard — 24 800 JOVJOU;
- 4th–9th places on the leaderboard — 10 330 JOVJOU;
- 10th–20th places on the leaderboard — 5630 JOVJOU.
All other Participants of the Promotion with the trading volume of the JOVJOU/USDT pair equivalent to more than 3000 USDT will win a Prize from the Additional Prize Fund distributed in proportion to the number of Winners competing for the Additional Prize.
The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a prize from the Main Prize Fund is 20 people. The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a prize from the Additional Prize Fund is unlimited. One Winner can win only one Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Fund.
Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer automatically generates the list of the Promotion Participants who fulfilled its conditions at 12 o’clock (UTC) on 26.10.2023, according to the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion, which will be available in the Tournament Table. The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on 10/31/23. The winners who will receive the Main Prize will be 20 Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Terms and had the highest trading volume at the moment of the Promotion completion, according to the rating formed in the Standings. All Campaign Participants who fulfill the Promotion Terms and Conditions, except for those who receive the Main Prize, will be able to receive the Additional Prize.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 working days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 5 working days after the accrual of the Prizes.
If the Winner does not comply with these Conditions, such Winner loses the right to the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced with its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than 20.11.2023 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Conditions and/or issues not regulated by these Conditions, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
