Terms and Conditions of the “YNG Quiz” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 14:00 UTC on July 29, 2026, until 14:00 UTC on August 5, 2026.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of each Participant to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country or jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify a Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion and, where necessary, may request proof of residence or location.

The primary purpose of the Promotion is to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising on behalf of the Organizer.

Eligible Participants are adult citizens of countries where participation is not prohibited (that is, all countries except those listed above), as well as other individuals who are lawfully present in such countries, provided that they complete the following Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period:

Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or already had a WhiteBIT account and completed identity verification (KYC).
Correctly answered all 10 out of 10 YNG quiz questions in the Google form available by the designated link and provided their WhiteBIT exchange nickname in the form.

IMPORTANT! During the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple accounts on the WhiteBIT exchange. Participants using multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once and may hold only one account. The use of multiple accounts (including multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts), as well as cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for the purpose of manipulating the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, is prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts without the account holder’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account created and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion shall be processed for the purposes of administering participation in the Promotion, marketing activities, advertising activities, tax compliance, and accounting.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (first- and second-degree relatives), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible to be a Participant under these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.

20 Participants who fulfill all Terms and Conditions of the Promotion will have the opportunity to become Winners and receive a share of the Prize Pool, which totals 300 YNG, with each Winner receiving 15 YNG.

The maximum possible number of Winners in the Promotion is 20.

Each Winner may receive only one Prize.

Following the end of the Promotion, between August 5 and August 14, 2026, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have correctly fulfilled all Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

The Winners will be determined on August 14, 2026, using the random.org service. The selection will be carried out automatically among all Participants who have fulfilled the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. Winners will be determined according to their ranking (position in the list) generated by the service available at https://www.random.org/.

If, after the Winners have been selected, it is discovered that a Participant failed to properly fulfill the Terms and Conditions of participation in the Promotion, or otherwise violated these Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner shall forfeit both Winner status and the right to receive the Prize. In such a case, the right to receive the Prize and Winner status shall pass to the next Participant in the ranking generated by the random.org service.

On August 14, 2026, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT Blog and publish a video recording of the winner selection process on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 10 business days, starting from the day following the publication of the list of Winners on the WhiteBIT Blog.

Each Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged. No cash equivalent or other form of compensation shall be provided in place of the Prize. A Winner is not entitled to claim any additional compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations with respect to any Prize awarded under this Promotion and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

A Prize received under the Promotion is non-returnable.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or encounters any other issue related to the Promotion, they must contact the WhiteBIT online support team via https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com, or through the online chat no later than September 4, 2026, inclusive. If a Winner fails to report the issue by this date, they shall forfeit the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined as a result of the Promotion may not transfer their right to receive the Prize to any third party.

A Winner has the right to decline the Prize.

The Organizer shall not compensate any additional expenses incurred by a Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. Any taxation of income received by Winners in the form of a Prize shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participant’s country.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including their personal data, may be processed by the Organizer and/or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Promotion, carrying out all actions related to the Promotion (including, but not limited to, announcing the results of the Promotion through advertising or by other means), as well as sending the Participant information, including promotional materials, regarding future events, competitions, promotions, campaigns, or giveaways organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants expressly consent to such processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer, and confirm that they fully understand and have been adequately informed about the purposes of such processing and the applicable Privacy Policy available at: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants also consent to the use of their first and last names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with these Rules. Winners further agree to participate in promotional interviews regarding the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of promotional materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights related to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and the duration of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, the relevant information will be published on the Organizer’s website at https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer shall not participate in any disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of any situations allowing for multiple interpretations of these Rules, or any matters not governed by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer in accordance with the applicable law. All decisions made by the Organizer shall be final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer shall not be liable for the operation of telecommunications providers, postal services (including email services), any errors made by employees of enterprises, institutions, or organizations responsible for the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer, or for any circumstances resulting in postal or electronic correspondence not being delivered, being delivered late, being lost, or being damaged, or resulting in a Participant not receiving the relevant Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies arising from translations into multiple languages used in connection with the Promotion, the English-language version shall prevail and supersede all other language versions.
