Terms and Conditions of the «Double Challenge with VNT»
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Overall promotion period: from 13:00 UTC on October 16, 2025, to 13:00 UTC on November 11, 2025.
Stage 1 period: from 13:00 UTC on October 16, 2025, to 13:00 UTC on October 23, 2025.
Stage 2 period: from 13:00 UTC on October 23, 2025, to 13:00 UTC on November 11, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except the following: the United States, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of Stage 1 of the Promotion may include adult citizens of eligible countries (that is, all countries except those listed above) or other individuals who are lawfully residing in such countries, provided they meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
- Have newly registered on the WhiteBIT website or are already registered WhiteBIT users who have completed the identity verification (KYC) process;
- Purchased at least 136 VNT during the Promotion period;
- Pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page.
- Kept this amount on their Main or Trade balance on WhiteBIT until October 23, 2025.
Attention! Users who already had VNT on their Trade or Main balance at the start of the Promotion (13:00 UTC, October 16, 2025) must increase their balance by at least 136 VNT compared to the amount held at the start of the Promotion, before the end of Stage 1 (13:00 UTC, October 23, 2025) to qualify as Participants of the Promotion.
Participants of Stage 2 of the Promotion may include adult citizens of eligible countries (that is, all countries except those listed above) or other individuals who are lawfully residing in such countries, provided they meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
- Have newly registered on the WhiteBIT website or are already registered WhiteBIT users who have completed the identity verification (KYC) process;
- Purchased at least 340 VNT during the Promotion period;
- Pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page.
- Kept this amount on their Main or Trade balance on WhiteBIT until November 19, 2025.
Attention! Users who already had VNT on their Trade or Main balance at the start of the second stage of the Promotion (13:00 UTC, October 23, 2025) must increase their balance by at least 340 VNT compared to the amount held at the start of the Promotion, before the end of Stage 2 (13:00 UTC, November 11, 2025) to qualify as Participants of the Promotion.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who have met all the Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion are eligible to become Winners and receive a share of the Stage 1 Main Prize Pool, which amounts to 9,500 VNT, depending on the Conditions they fulfilled:
- 30 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held from 136 VNT to 226 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 85 VNT each;
- 20 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held from 227 VNT to 316 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 160 VNT each;
- 15 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held at least 317 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 250 VNT each.
The maximum total number of Winners of Stage 1 of the Promotion who can receive a prize is 65 participants. Each Winner of Stage 1 can receive only one prize. A participant may take part and become a Winner in only one category.
Participants who have met all the Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion are eligible to become Winners and receive a share of the Stage 2 Prize Pool, which amounts to 14,500 VNT, distributed as follows:
- 20 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held from 340 VNT to 680 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 156 VNT if they did not participate in Stage 1, or 240 VNT if they did participate in Stage 1;
- 15 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held from 681 VNT to 1,130 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 234 VNT if they did not participate in Stage 1, or 360 VNT if they did participate in Stage 1;
- 10 Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, completed identity verification, pressed the “Take part” button on the Promotion page, purchased, and held at least 1,131 VNT during the Promotion period may receive 280 VNT if they did not participate in Stage 1, or 430 VNT if they did participate in Stage 1.
The maximum total number of Winners of Stage 2 of the Promotion who can receive a prize is 45 participants.
Each Winner of Stage 2 can receive only one prize.
Following the Promotion, the Organizer will compile 3 lists of Participants who meet the Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion during the period from October 23, 2025, to November 4, 2025.
The determination of the Stage 1 Winners who will receive prizes will take place on November 4, 2025, 2025, using the random.org service, among all Participants in each respective list.
Winners will be selected based on their ranking (position in the list on random.org).
Following the Promotion, the Organizer will compile 3 lists of Participants who meet the Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion during the period from November 11, 2025, to November 21, 2025.
The determination of the Stage 2 Winners who will receive prizes will take place on November 21, 2025, using the random.org service, among all Participants in each respective list.
Winners will be selected based on their ranking (position in the list on random.org).
The list of Stage 1 Prize Pool Winners will be published on November 4, 2025, in an article on the WhiteBIT Blog. The list of Stage 2 Prize Pool Winners will be published on November 21, 2025, and the overall list of Promotion Winners along with the prize amounts they will receive will also be published on November 21, 2025, in an article on the WhiteBIT Blog.
If any Winners fail to meet these Conditions, they lose their right to receive the prize and their Winner status, which will be transferred to the next participant on the list.
The Organizer will credit the prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days from the calendar day following the official announcement of the Winners on November 21, 2025.
The Winners will be notified about the credited prizes via email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days after the prizes are credited.
If a Winner who is eligible to receive a prize has not received it, or in the event of any other issues, the Winner must contact online support via the website https://whitebit.com or by email at support@whitebit.com no later than December 12, 2025 (inclusive). If the Winner fails to contact support by December 12, 2025, including regarding prize non-receipt, they lose the right to claim the prize.
If, after the Winners have been determined, it is found that a Participant did not properly meet the Conditions for participating in the Promotion or otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such a Winner loses the right to receive the prize and their Winner status. In that case, the right to the prize and Winner status will be transferred to the next Participant on the list.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer their right to receive the prize to third parties. A Winner has the right to refuse the prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income derived from the prize will be carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participants’ respective countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
