Terms and Conditions of the “CEO’s Birthday” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 12 PM UTC on July 3, 2025, to 12 PM UTC on July 18, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except: the USA, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The main purpose of the Promotion is to promote the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
The information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement from the Organizer.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Created content (a poem, song, video, meme, etc.) on the topic “A day in the life of a CEO—as you imagine it”;
- Published a post with this content on their Instagram account (or Reels, Stories—saved in Highlights at least until the end of the Promotion) or TikTok, tagged and subscribe to WhiteBIT and Volodymyr Nosov on Instagram (@whitebit, @wbt.nosov) or TikTok (@whitebit);
- Filled out the Google form, specifying their exchange nickname, a link to the content, and provided consent for the processing of personal data.
IMPORTANT! Participants are prohibited from registering multiple times (using multiple accounts) on the exchange during the Promotion. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts owned by the Participant for order manipulation is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of the Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.
Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is found that a person who participated in the Promotion does not meet the eligibility criteria according to these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who fulfill the Conditions of the Promotion and whose entries are most appreciated by Volodymyr Nosov will have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which totals 70 WBT*, distributed as follows:
- 1st place—50 WBT;
- 2nd–3rd places—10 WBT each.
The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 3 individuals.
The Participant who fulfills the Conditions of the Promotion and whose content receives the highest number of views will have the opportunity to become a Winner and receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool—10 WBT.
The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 1 individual.
*The Winners of both Main and Additional Prize Pools will receive a reward in USDC.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, between July 18 and July 22, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have fulfilled the Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined no later than August 4. The list of Winners will be published in this article no later than August 4, 2025.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting via email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com, within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
In case a Winner does not receive the Prize to which they were entitled, or in case of any other issues, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or via chat no later than August 18, 2025 inclusive. If the Winner does not make such contact by August 18, 2025, including regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
