Submit your questions by 20:00 UTC on February 12 using the question submission form. The 16 most interesting questions, as selected by the project, will be broadcast on air, and their authors will receive prizes of 11,000 PRZK each.
In addition, the first 20 listeners who correctly write the code word will each receive 4,400 PRZK!

❗During the stream, the project founder will announce a code word. You’ll have 2 hours after the broadcast (until 15:30 UTC on February 16) to complete the form for the code word, providing your WhiteBIT nickname and the code word.

Terms and Conditions of the «Q&A with PRZK» Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion isWhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 13:00 UTC on February 10, 2026, to 20:00 UTC on February 12, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Guam, Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who have met the following Main Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Between 13:00 UTC on February 10, 2026, and 20:00 UTC on February 12, 2026, submitted their questions to the PRZK project’s representative along with their WhiteBIT exchange nickname via the Google form for question submission.
Participants of the Promotion can also be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Additional Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Filled out the Google form for the code word on February 16, 2026 between 13:30 and 15:30 UTC, providing their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and the word mentioned by the PRZK project representative during the live Q&A session with PRZK on X.
*Participants who have complied with the Main Conditions of the Promotion may also be eligible to fulfill the Additional Conditions of the Promotion. Participants who meet the Additional Conditions may be entitled to a share of the Additional Prize Pool, even if the Main Conditions of the Promotion have not been fulfilled.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
16 Participants of the Promotion, who fulfill all the Main Conditions of the Promotion, will be eligible to become Winners and receive a part of the Main Prize Pool, which amounts to 176,000 PRZK, with each Winner receiving 11,000 PRZK.
20 Participants, who are the first to complete all the Additional Conditions of the Promotion, will automatically become Winners and receive a part of the Additional Prize Pool, which amounts to 88,000 PRZK, with each Winner receiving 4,400 PRZK.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Pool is up to 36 people.
One Winner can win only one Prize from the Main and/or Additional Prize Pool.
Based on the Promotion results, from February 12, 2026, to February 16, 2026, inclusively, the Organizer generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Promotion Conditions.
The Organizer shall, at their sole discretion, select the 16 most relevant and interesting questions from the list. These questions will be asked to the PRZK representative during the live broadcast on X social network, which is scheduled to begin at 13:00 UTC on February 16, 2026. The authors of the selected questions will automatically be considered the Winners of the Promotion.
Based on the Promotion results, from February 16, 2026, to February 18, 2026, inclusively, the Organizer generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Additional Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Additional Prize Pool will be the first 20 Participants who complete the Google form and provide the correct code word.
The list of Winners who have won Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools, including their WhiteBIT exchange usernames, will also be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on February 18, 2065.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than March 11, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
