A live counter in EURR on the promo page shows the total number of all transactions made by participants in real time. Each time the counter hits 100, 200, 500, and other milestones, one of the eligible participants will be randomly selected to get a prize.

Terms of Participation in the “WhiteBIT Nova Gift Marathon” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 12:00 UTC on November 12, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on January 12, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except: the United States, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Opened a digital or physical WhiteBIT Nova card or had one at the start of the Promotion.
- Clicked the “Join” button on the Promotion page.
- Made transactions with the WhiteBIT Nova card in EURR amounting to at least 100 EURR during the Promotion Period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period will get the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes below, depending on which transaction* quantity was reached by all Participants (100th, 200th, etc.) during the Promotion Period:
- Upon 100th transaction — 1 branded merch box from Juventus, which includes a Juventus jersey, a Notebook, a water bottle, a pen, and a cap;
- Upon 200th transaction — 1 Apple HomePod;
- Upon 500th transaction — 1 AirPods;
- Upon 700th transaction — 1 AirPods Max;
- Upon 1,000th transaction — 1 iPhone 17 Pro Max.
*A transaction counter in EURR shall be displayed on the Promotion page, reflecting the total number of transactions executed collectively by all Participants in real time. Upon reaching the 100th, 200th, 500th, and subsequent designated transaction milestones, the Winner shall be chosen among eligible Participants randomly in the relevant category.
1 Winner will be selected upon reaching each transaction milestone. The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize is 5.
At the time of reaching a milestone, a list shall be generated comprising all Participants who have conducted transactions using the WhiteBIT Nova card in the amount of at least 100 EURR. For each of the 5 milestones, a Winner shall be selected from among the Participants who have duly fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions, by means of a random selection process conducted via the random.org service.
Each Winner can receive several Prizes.
Each time a transaction milestone is reached, the Organizer will take up to 10 business days to validate the Promotion Participants and select among those who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms and Conditions by the date the milestone is reached. The selected Participants who have met all the Promotion Conditions at that milestone will be declared Winners. Winners will be informed about winning the Prize via the email address used when registering on WhiteBIT after each milestone is reached. All Winners of the Promotion will be announced after the end of the Promotion on January 5, 2026, on the WhiteBIT blog.
The list of Winners will be published in this article on January 16, 2026.
The Organizer will contact the Winners to clarify the shipping details via the email address they used when registering on WhiteBIT within 10 business days from the next calendar day after the publication of the Winners list.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than February 13, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
