The Official Rules of the “WhiteBIT’s Birthday on FACEIT” Promotion and Event Details

^{The Organizer of this Promotion is WhiteBIT.}

^{Promotion Period: From 15:00 (UTC) on the 13th of November 2023, to 16:00 (UTC) on the 10th of December 2023.}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, «Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic», temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, «Republic of Artsakh», Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.}

^{The Promotion aims to promote WhiteBIT’s services.}

^{This Promotion is not considered gambling, a lottery, a gambling business service, or a contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.}

^{Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.}

^{Participants in the Promotion must be adults from unrestricted countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other individuals who are legally present in such countries and have met the following conditions:}

• ^{Signed up for the WhiteBIT exchange or have already signed up and confirmed their identity (KYC verification);}
• ^{Clicked on the WhiteBIT Birthday page link and participated in at least one of the activities;}
• ^{Filled out the Google form, indicating their WhiteBIT exchange username and the activity in which they participated.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the Promotion period.}

^{IMPORTANT! Participants are prohibited from registering on the exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each participant can only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of the discovery of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.}

^{The personal data of Promotion participants will be processed for the purpose of participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relationships, and accounting relationships.}

^{Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of the Prize award that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants who have met all the Promotion Conditions can become Winners and win Prizes in the form of a premium subscription on the FACEIT platform for the following durations:}

• ^{1st place — for 1 year.}
• ^{2nd place — for 6 months.}
• ^{3rd-6th places — for 3 months.}
• ^{7th place — for 1 month.}

^{Prize placements will be divided among participants from all WhiteBIT Organizers on the FACEIT platform: EU, EU EAST, and LATAM.}

^{The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 7 individuals. One Winner can receive only one Prize.}

^{The list of participants who meet the Promotion Conditions will be created by the Organizer based on the results of the Promotion from the 11th to 18th of December 2023, inclusive.}

^{Winners will be randomly selected using a randomization method, for example, the service https://www.random.org/ on the 19th of December 2023. The random selection will be conducted among participants who have met the necessary Promotion Conditions. Winners will be determined based on their ranking in the list created by the random.org service.}

^{A list of Winners and a video recording of the Winner selection will be published on the 19th of December 2023, on WhiteBIT’s Organizers’ platforms on FACEIT: EU, EU EAST, LATAM, as well as at the end of this article.}

^{The Organizer will send the Prizes in the form of a premium subscription code on FACEIT to the Winners’ email addresses associated with their WhiteBIT platform accounts within 5 business days after announcing the Winners.}

^{If it’s impossible to contact the Winners or if the Winners fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, they forfeit their right to receive the Prize and the Winner status, which will be passed to the next person on the list.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize for free, and it is not exchangeable for cash. There is no provision for replacing the Prize with its monetary equivalent. The Promotion Winner cannot demand any other form of compensation from the Organizer.}

^{The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations for the Prize received in the framework of this Promotion, and this is subject to the conditions defined by these Terms and Conditions.}

^{In the event that a Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to or encounters any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than the 1st of January, 2024. If the Winners do not contact specifically regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit the right to receive the Prize.}

^{Winners determined based on the Promotion’s results cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{The Promotion Winner has the right to decline the Prize.}

^{The Organizer does not compensate Winners for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxing the income of Winners who receive a Prize is carried out per the laws of the participants’ countries.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, participants understand and agree that any voluntarily provided information, including their personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as possible future sending of information to the participant, including advertising information about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/giveaways. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, participants thereby give consent for such processing of personal data for the purpose of the Organizer’s use and/or other authorized parties and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.}

^{At the same time, Promotion participants, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation and agree to adhere to other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.}

^{The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions and the timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media platforms.}

^{The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing for multiple interpretations of these Rules and/or questions not regulated by these Rules, the final decision will be made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.}

^{The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations responsible for exchanging information between Promotion participants and the Organizer, or circumstances as a result of which mailings were not received, were delayed, lost, or damaged; or as a result of which a Promotion participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.}

^{In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and supersedes all other versions.}
