Terms and Conditions of the “Who Let the DOGEs Out! Vol.2” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit-tr.com/).
The Promotion period will commence on the 5th of April, 2024 at 17:00(TSİ) and conclude on the 5th of May, 2024 at 23:59(TSİ).
The Promotion is valid within the territory of the Republic of Turkey.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.
For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via email at support@whitebit.com or via live chat on the official website at https://whitebit.com.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of the Republic of Turkey who have met the following conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT TR and passed the identity verification (KYC) for the first time;
- Deposit at least 200 TRY to WhiteBIT TR via Havale/EFT/FAST and make your first trade* of 200 TRY or equivalent to have an opportunity to win 200 TRY;
- Subscribed to or already became a subscriber of one of WhiteBIT’s social media accounts (X, Instagram, Facebook);
- Invited friends to WhiteBIT via their Referral link and these friends became Referrals* to get 20 TRY worth of DOGE per Referral, up to 200 TRY worth of DOGE per Participant;
*First trade must be made in a single transaction and must be at least in the amount of 200 TRY.
**A Referral is considered to be a newly registered WhiteBIT user who registered on the platform for the first time with another Participant’s Referral link, passed the identity verification (KYC) and then completed all Conditions of the Promotion.
Note: Participants who have been registered before the start of the Promotion can only participate in the Promotion by inviting some friends by completing the steps #3 and #4. In which case, they will not need to be registered for the first time.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Important! This Promotion is organized solely for WhiteBIT TR (https://whitebit-tr.com/).
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become the Winners and win Prizes from the Prize Pools according to the following assignment:
Prize Pool#1 100 000+ DOGE. Shall be distributed to the Winners who register for the first time, deposit 200 TRY and make a first trade of at least 200 TRY equivalent on WhiteBIT TR until the prize pool runs out.
Prize Pool#2 30 000 TRY worth of DOGE for Referrals. 20 TRY worth of DOGE per invited friend up to 10 Referrals per Participant.
Secret Prize There shall be “secret” on the Landing Page of the Promotion and one Participant who finds it can send an email to marketing@whitebit-tr.com about their finding.
The Participants of the Promotion can win a maximum total of two Prizes as long as they can satisfy the Conditions of the Promotion. One Prize from the Prize Pool#1 and one from the Prize Pool#2.
The Promotion’s Prize Pool#1 allows for an unlimited number of Winners until the Prize Pool runs out for Newly Registered Participants.
Each qualified Winner of the Prize Pool#1 can only receive one Prize (200 TRY worth of DOGE) from the Prize Pool#1.
The Promotion’s Prize Pool#2 will be only for Referrals and shall be limited with the Prize Pool for Referrals (30 000 TRY worth of DOGE)
Each Winner of the Prize Pool#2 can only receive up to 200 TRY worth of DOGE from the Prize Pool#2.
The Organizer forms a List of Participants who meet all the Conditions of the Promotion during the period between 6th of May, 2024 and 16th of May, 2024.
This Promotion shall have Participants who fulfilled the first two Conditions of the Promotion as Winners who will have the opportunity to win a share of the Prize Pool #1 .
Furthermore, the Participants who cannot complete the first Condition (registering for the first time on WhiteBIT TR), shall be able to become Winners of the Promotion who will have the opportunity to get the Prize out of the Prize Pool #2 by inviting new Referrals to WhiteBIT TR and subscribing to the required platform(s) within the duration of the Promotion.
Any new registrations or Referrals within the ambit of this Promotion after both Prize Pools run out will not be able to win any more Prizes from the Promotion within the discretion of WhiteBIT TR.
If it proves impracticable to contact the Winners or if the Winners fail to comply with these Terms, such Winners shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.
The Winners will be officially announced by the Organizer on the 17th of May, 2024, via the publication of the corresponding list of Winners on the WhiteBIT company blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/tr).
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ wallets on the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT within 7 business days after the announcement of the Winners.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit-tr.com, email support@whitebit-tr.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 31st of May, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the legislation of the Republic of Turkey.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitebit-tr.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.
