Terms of Participation in the “Hold and Win ATH: Round 3” Promotion
The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 15:00 UTC on March 19, 2025, to 15:00 UTC on March 25, 2025.
The Promotion is available in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Guam, Iran, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Sudan, the United States, Yemen, the “Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic,” the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Turkey, France, Germany, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.
The Promotion is conducted to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e. all countries except the above-mentioned) or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Terms and Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- Have purchased at least 7,000 ATH on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period;
- Have held at least 7,000 ATH on their Trade or Main Balance on WhiteBIT until April 2, 2025.
Users who already had ATH on their Trade or Main balance at the start of the Promotion on March 19, 2025, 14:00 UTC, to become a Participant of the Promotion, must increase their balance by at least 7,000 ATH by March 25, 2025, 14:00 UTC compared to the balance at the start of the Promotion.
To identify the Promotion Participants who have the required amount of ATH on their Trade or Main balance, the Organizer will take snapshots (screenshots) of the Trade and Main balances of all ATH holders on WhiteBIT three times randomly (at random dates and times) during the Promotion period. To become a Participant in the Promotion, you need to get at least one snapshot.
The terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of providing the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Promotion Participant in accordance with these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The Promotion Participants who fulfill all the Promotion Terms have an opportunity to become the Winners and win a part of the Prize pool, which is 38,000 ATH. The Prize pool will be distributed equally among the Winners, namely 1,900 ATH each.
The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion is 20 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will form a list of the Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms from March 25, 2025, to April 2, 2025.
IMPORTANT!
- The Organizer adds the Participant’s nickname to the list of Participants according to the number of ATH on his/her Main or Trade balance. For each additional 7,000 ATH (in addition to the minimum amount of ATH specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion), the Organizer will add the Participant’s nickname to the list as many times as the additional amount is reached.
- One Participant’s nickname can be included in the list of Participants at least 1 but not more than 30 times.
- The maximum possible amount on a Participant’s Main or Trade Balance that affects his/her placement in the Participants’ list is 70,000 ATH. Participants can keep the amount exceeding 70,000 ATH on their Main or Trade Balance, but the maximum amount of 70,000 ATH will be taken into account within the framework of this Promotion.
IMPORTANT!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts).Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account).The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent.In case of detecting the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on April 2, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its conditions. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).
The list of the Winners and their nicknames will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on April 2, 2025, and a video with a screen recording of the Winners’ determination process will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 7 business days from the next business day after the Winner is determined until April 11, 2025, inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize award by an email to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prize award.
If the Winners cannot be contacted or fail to comply with these Rules, such Winners shall lose their right to the Winners’ status, and such right shall be transferred to the next Winner in the list.
The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. No replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is provided. The Winners of the Promotion have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail at support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than April 18, 2025, inclusive. In case the Winner does not contact the support by April 18, 2025, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winner, determined by the results of the Promotion, may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winner’s income who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winners’ country.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
