Terms and Conditions of the “Winter Trading Competition” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period is from 12 PM UTC on February 25, 2025, to 12 PM UTC on March 11, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except The United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Clicked the “Join” button on the Promotion page.
- Traded the DEGEN/USDT, MOVE/USDT,ACX/USDT,RSR/USDT, ORCA/USDT, BIO/USDT, SONIC/USDT, AGENT/USDT, TRUMP/USDT, ANIME/USDT,AIXBT/USDT, AZERO/USDT, LAYER/USDT, and KAITO/USDT pairs on the spot market of WhiteBIT crypto exchange and reached a minimum trading volume of 5,000 USDT during the Promotion Period.
The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Participants of the Promotion, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12 PM UTC on March 11, 2025.
The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the DEGEN/USDT, MOVE/USDT, ACX/USDT, RSR/USDT, ORCA/USDT, BIO/USDT, SONIC/USDT, AGENT/USDT, TRUMP/USDT, ANIME/USDT, AIXBT/USDT, AZERO/USDT, LAYER/USDT, and KAITO/USDT pairs during the Promotion period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
- Use API bots;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The first 20 Promotion Participants* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Promotion Terms and Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum 8,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Main Prize Pool Prizes, which is up to 850 USDC, distributed as follows:
1st place in the Leaderboard — 150 USDC;
2nd place in the Leaderboard — 125 USDC;
3rd place in the Leaderboard — 100 USDC;
4th place in the Leaderboard — 75 USDC;
5th place in the Leaderboard — 50 USDC;
6–10th places in the Leaderboard — 30 USDC each;
11–20th places in the Leaderboard — 20 USDC each.
*In case the number of Promotion Participants reaching the trading volume of 8,000 USDT is less than 20, the Main Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded according to the above distribution, in accordance with the Participant’s place in the Leaderboard.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 20 people.
Other Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participants who took the first 20 places) who reached more than 5,000 USDT of trading volume on the defined pairs during the Promotion period have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool, which is 150 USDC, namely 15 USDC each.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 10 people.
One Winner can win only one Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Pool.
Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer automatically generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Terms and reached the highest trading volume at 12 PM UTC on March 11, 2025, according to the trading volume of Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion. This list will be available in the Leaderboard.
The list of Promotion Participants with more than 5,000 USDT in trading volume will be formed from March 11, 2025, to March 20, 2025.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on March 21, 2025. The Winners who will receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and had the largest trading volume on the DEGEN/USDT, MOVE/USDT, ACX/USDT, RSR/USDT, ORCA/USDT, BIO/USDT, SONIC/USDT, AGENT/USDT, TRUMP/USDT, ANIME/USDT, AIXBT/USDT, AZERO/USDT, LAYER/USDT, and KAITO/USDT pairs at the end of the Promotion, according to the rating formed in the Leaderboard.
The Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on March 21, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participants who took the first 20 places) who fulfilled the Promotion Terms and had a trading volume of more than 5,000 USDT on the DEGEN/USDT, MOVE/USDT, ACX/USDT, RSR/USDT, ORCA/USDT, BIO/USDT, SONIC/USDT, AGENT/USDT, TRUMP/USDT, ANIME/USDT, AIXBT/USDT, AZERO/USDT, LAYER/USDT, and KAITO/USDT pairs during the Promotion period.
The list of all Winners will be published in this article on March 21, 2025. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Prize Pool will be published the same day on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
If after determining the Winners it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Terms or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who has reached the highest trading volume on the pairs specified in the Terms and Conditions or to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service. For example, in case of disqualification of the Participant who took the third place in the Leaderboard, his/her award will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. Substituting the Prize for its monetary equivalent is not allowed. The Winner of the Promotion cannot request any other form of compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize is non-refundable.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit. com or communicate with the Promoter’s agents via online chat no later than April 8, 2025. If the Winners do not contact us about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved in order to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the Organizer’s website https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the final decision shall be made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
