Conditions for participating in the “WORLD Balance Bonus” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is the WhiteBIT company.
Promotion period: from 12 pm (UTC) on the 21st of November 2023 to 12 pm (UTC) on the 27th of November 2023.
The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation in accordance with the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is conducted to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling business service, or contest; these Rules are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising.
Promotion participants are legal adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., excluding those mentioned above) or other individuals who, on lawful grounds, are present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- First registered on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have confirmed their identity (KYC verification);
- Purchased or topped up their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange with at least 160 WORLD;
- Held this amount on their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange until the announcement of results on the 1st of December 2023, inclusive.
IMPORTANT! The use of multiple accounts during participation in the Promotion is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each participant may have only one account. The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the event of the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The terms of the Promotion must be met within the specified time frames.
Any personal data of Promotion participants is processed for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person participating in the Promotion cannot be a participant in accordance with these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the 2100 WORLD Prize pool — 105 WORLD each.
The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion Prize pool is 20 individuals. One Winner can receive only 1 Prize.
Following the results of the Promotion, from the 27th to the 30th of November 2023, the Organizer compiles a list of participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion, who will receive prizes from the Prize pool, will take place on the 1st of December 2023, using the random.org service, automatically among all participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. Winners are determined by rating (position in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published on the 1st of December 2023 in a separate article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), as well as a video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the day following the determination of the Winners until the 8th of December 2023, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed of the crediting of Prizes by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days from the day of crediting all Prizes.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. Prize substitution is not provided. The Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and return.
The Organizer does not assume warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner had the right to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than the 15th of December 2023, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact within the specified period, in particular regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information to them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the data requirements of the Conditions, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of information processing provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as the consent to comply with other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participating in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and terms of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and in the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between participants in the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of the Participants. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal communication, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between participants in the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal shipments did not arrive, arrived with a delay, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
