Terms and Conditions of the “Xcited for BCCoin?” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion period is from 3 PM (UTC) on September 19, 2024, to 3 PM (UTC) on September 24, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except for the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.

The Promotion is held to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming service, or contest, and these Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as the Organizer’s advertisement rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned) or other persons legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

1. Registered on WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com) for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange who have passed the identity verification procedure (KYC);
2. Followed WhiteBIT and BlackCardCoin on X.
3. Tagged a friend in the comment section of this tweet on WhiteBIT X.
4. Quoted (retweeted) the aforesaid tweet with the conditions of the Promotion.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within its period.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in accordance with these Terms, such a person will not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become the Winners and win Prizes from the Prize Pool according to the following assignment:

• Each Winner will get 3 USDT.

The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 40 Winners.

One Winner may only receive one Prize.

The Organizer will automatically generate a list of Promotion Participants who have met all the Promotion Terms by 3:00 PM (UTC) on September 25, 2024.

The Winners will be determined on September 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM (UTC) through a random selection using the service at random.org.

After determining the Promotion Winners, the Organizer contacts them on September 27, 2024, in direct messages on X, to verify their nicknames on the exchange. The Winner should respond no later than 24 hours after receiving the aforementioned message from the Organizer.

The list of Winners will be published in this article on October 01, 2024. A video recording of the Winner selection process will be shared on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

Prizes will be credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days following the publication of the Winners’ list.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration on whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited. If it is discovered that a Participant has not met the Promotion Terms or has violated the Promotion Terms and Conditions or User Agreement, that Participant will forfeit the Prize. The right to the Prize will not pass to the next eligible Participant.

The Prize is awarded free of charge, and the Winner is not entitled to any additional compensation from the Organizer.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to, or encounters any other issues, they should contact online support at whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com by October 17, 2024. Failure to do so within this period will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim the Prize.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winners who received the Prize is taxed in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country of residence.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related actions. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising and other means, as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to Participants about the Organizer’s future events, competitions, Promotions, or draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants consent to such processing of personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons. Participants also confirm their understanding and awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy :https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

Additionally, by participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with the other Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give Promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to mass media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any updates will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media channels.

The Organizer will not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and/or issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the final decision will be made by the Organizer in accordance with the prevailing legislation. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer is not responsible for the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
