Terms and Conditions of the “X-plore & Score” Promo
The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The promotion period is from 3 PM (UTC) on August 21, 2024, to 3 PM (UTC) on August 25, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: The promotion is held in all countries except for the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.
The campaign is held to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, all, except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Followed WhiteBIT and MewsWorld on X.
- Tagged a friend in the comments below the tweet on WhiteBIT X.
- Quoted (reposted) the aforementioned tweet with the conditions.
- Filled out a Google form with their nickname on WhiteBIT exchange and a link to their X account.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the specified timeframe.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become the Winners and win Prizes from the Prize Pool according to the following assignment:
- Each Winner will get 4 USDT
The Promotion allows for a maximum of 50 Winners. One Winner may only receive one Prize.
The Organizer will automatically generate a list of Promotion Participants who have met the Promotion Terms by 3:00 PM (UTC) on August 28, 2024.
The Winners will be determined on August 29, 2024, at 3:00 PM (UTC) through a random selection using the service atrandom.org.
The list of winners will be published in this article on August 30, 2024. A video recording of the winner selection process will be shared on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
Prizes will be credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days following the publication of the Winners’ list.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration onwhitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited. If it is discovered that a Participant has not met the Promotion Terms or has violated the Promotion Rules or User Agreement, that Participant will forfeit the Prize, and the right to the Prize will pass to the next eligible Participant.
The Prize is awarded free of charge, and the Winner is not entitled to any additional compensation from the Organizer.
If a Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to, or encounters any other issues, they should contact online support atwhitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com by September 9, 2024. Failure to do so within this period will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim the Prize.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winners who received the Prize is taxed in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country of residence.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related actions. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising and other means, as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to Participants about the Organizer’s future events, competitions, promotions, or draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants consent to such processing of personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons. Participants also confirm their understanding and awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy:https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
Additionally, by participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with the other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to mass media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos shall belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any updates will be provided on the websitehttps://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media channels.
The Organizer will not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision will be made by the Organizer in accordance with the prevailing legislation. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.
The Organizer is not responsible for the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer.
In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
