* The minimum trading volume for the top 20 participants in the leaderboard to win a share of the Main Prize Pool for the Third Stage of the Promotion is 40,000 USDC.

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Total duration of the Promotion: from 13:00 UTC 04.08.2026 to 12:00 UTC 01.09.2026.

The duration of the First Stage of the Promotion: from 13:00 UTC 04.08.2026 to 13:00 UTC 11.08.2026.

The duration of the second stage of the Promotion: from 13:00 UTC 11.08.2026 to 13:00 UTC 18.08.2026.

The duration of the Third Stage of the Promotion: from 12:00 UTC 18.08.2026 to 12:00 UTC 01.09.2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants in the First Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the First Stage of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• During the First Stage of the Promotion, purchased at least 75 YNG on the WhiteBIT exchange;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
• Kept this amount in their WhiteBIT Main balance until 11/08/2026.

Attention! Users who already had YNG in their Main balance at the start of the First Stage of the Promotion (13:00 UTC 04/11/2026) must increase their balance by at least 50 YNG compared to the balance at the start of the Promotion by the end of the Promotion stage (13:00 UTC 11/08/2026) in order to become a Promotion Participant.

Participants in the Second Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Second Stage of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page if they have not clicked it during the previous festival stage;
• Deposited at least 75 YNG to their Main Balance;
• Held the assets on the Main balance until 18/08/2026.

Participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion may be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Third Stage of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Trading competition page if they have not clicked it during the previous festival stage;
• Traded the YNG/USDC pair on the WhiteBIT spot market and reached a minimum trading volume of 10,000 YNG during the Third Stage of the Promotion.

The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on 01/09/2026.

The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the YNG/USDC pair during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);

• Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders, VIP status users, and participants in the Affiliate Program);

• Use API bots;
• Use trading bots;

• Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);

• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);

• Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.

Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the First Stage Prize Pool, which is 1,200 YNG, depending on the conditions they have fulfilled:

• 20 participants who fulfilled all the conditions of the first stage of the promotion and purchased between 75 YNG and 113 YNG on WhiteBIT during the promotion period are eligible to receive 12 YNG each, or 15 YNG each if they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 10 participants who met all the conditions of the first stage of the promotion and purchased between 114 YNG and 225 YNG on WhiteBIT during the promotion period are eligible to receive 24 YNG or 30 YNG, provided they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 10 participants who met all the conditions of the first stage of the promotion and purchased between 226 YNG and 225 YNG on WhiteBIT during the promotion period can each receive 48 YNG or 60 YNG if they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG.

The maximum number of Winners of the First Stage of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is 30. Each Winner of the First Stage of the Promotion can receive only 1 Prize. A participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool of the Second Stage of the Promotion, which is 1,200 YNG, depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:

• 30 participants who fulfilled all the conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 75 YNG to 150 YNG to their Main balance during the Promotion period are eligible to receive 8 YNG each, or 10 YNG if they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 151 YNG to 225 YNG to their Main balance during the Promotion period are eligible to receive 15 YNG each, or 19 YNG each if they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 11 Participants who met all the conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and deposited from 226 YNG to 300 YNG to their Main balance during the Promotion period are eligible to receive 24 YNG or 30 YNG, provided they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 5 Participants who met all the conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and deposited 301 YNG or more to their Main balance during the Promotion period can receive 46 YNG or 57 YNG, provided they participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG.

The maximum total number of Second Stage Winners of the Promotion who are eligible to receive a Prize is 61. Each Second Stage Winner of the Promotion may receive only one Prize. A participant may enter and become a Winner in only one category.

The first 20 participants of the Third Stage of the Promotion* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Promotion Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 40,000 USDC) during the Promotion Period, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of the Third Stage of the Promotion, which amounts to 4,500 YNG, to be distributed as follows:

• 1st place in the Leaderboard – 650 YNG or 810 YNG if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 2nd place in the Leaderboard – 390 YNG or 486 YNG if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 3rd place in the Leaderboard – 260 YNG or 324 YNG if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 4th place in the Leaderboard – 205 YNG or 255 YNG if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 5th place in the leaderboard – 160 YNG or 200 YNG if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 6th – 10th places in the leaderboard – 120 YNG each or 150 YNG each if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;

• 11th – 15th place in the Leaderboard – 95 YNG each, or 115 YNG each if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG;
• 16th – 20th place in the Leaderboard – 55 YNG each, or 70 YNG each if you participated in all stages of the Trading Festival with YNG.

*If the number of Participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion who reach a trading volume of 40,000 USDC is less than 20, the Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the above distribution, according to the Participant’s place in the ranking table.

15 Participants of the Third Stage of the Promotion who fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the minimum trading volume (at least 10,000 USDC) during the Second Stage of the Promotion, but do not make it into the Leaderboard, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool of the Third Stage of the Promotion, which amounts to up to 750 YNG, which will be distributed randomly – 40 YNG to each, or 50 YNG to each if they participated in all Stages of the Promotion.

The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Third Stage of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is 35 people. Each Winner of the Third Stage of the Promotion can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will form four lists of Participants who meet the Terms and Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion during the period from 11/08/2026 to 21/08/2026.

The winners of the First Stage of the Promotion, who will receive a prize from the First Stage Prize Pool, will be determined on August 21, 2026, using therandom.org service, from among all Promotion Participants on each list, respectively. Winners are determined by their ranking (position in the list on the servicehttps://www.random.org/). The list of winners will be published in this article on August 21, 2026. A video recording of the process of determining the winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The compilation of the three lists of participants in the Second Stage of the Promotion – who have topped up their balance by at least 75 YNG and will receive prizes from the Second Stage Prize Pool – will take place following a detailed verification of compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, from August 18, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

The Winners of the Second Stage of the Promotion, who will receive a Prize from the Second Stage Prize Pool, will be determined on August 31, 2026, using the servicerandom.org, from among all Promotion Participants on each list, respectively. Winners are determined by ranking (position in the list on the servicehttps://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on August 31, 2026. A video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The compilation of the two lists of participants in the Third Stage of the Promotion – who have achieved a trading volume of over 10,000 USDC and will receive prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the Third Stage of the Promotion – will take place following a detailed verification of compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, from September 1, 2026, to September 14, 2026.

The Promotion Winners will be determined on September 14, 2026. The 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Third Stage of the Promotion and had the highest trading volume in the YNG/USDC pair, but not less than 40,000 USDC, at the time the Promotion ends, according to the ranking in the Leaderboard. Additionally, 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and achieved a minimum trading volume of 10,000 USDC on the YNG/USDC pair, but did not make it into the top 20 spots, will be determined using the service https://www.random.org/.

If, after the Winners have been determined, it is discovered that a Participant has failed to properly fulfill the Terms of Participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner shall forfeit the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner. In such a case, the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner shall pass to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who achieved the highest trading volume in the currency pairs specified in the Terms, or to the next Participant on the list generated by the service https://www.random.org/. For example, if a Participant who took third place in the Leaderboard is disqualified, their prize will be awarded to the Participant who took the next position, fourth place, in the ranking.

The list of winners of the First Stage Prize Pool will be published on August 21, 2026, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog. The list of winners of the Second Stage Prize Pool will be published on August 31, 2026; the list of winners of the Third Stage Prize Pool will be published on September 14, 2026; and the complete list of Promotion Winners and the prize amounts they will receive will be published on September 14, 2026, in a post on the WhiteBIT blog.

If Winners fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, they forfeit their right to receive the Prize and their status as a Winner, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.

The Organizer will credit all Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days starting from the calendar day following the general announcement of the Winners on September 14, 2026.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize to which they are entitled, or if any other issues arise, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com/ua or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than 05.10, 2026, inclusive. If the Winner has not contacted us by 05.10, 2026 – particularly regarding the non-receipt of the Prize – the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
