Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Promotion “How Do You Like WhiteBIT?”

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 12 PM (UTC) on December 16, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) on December 23, 2024.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic,” temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Turkey, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Belarus, the Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or Rules of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to promote WhiteBIT’s services.

The Promotion is not a gambling activity, lottery, gaming service, or contest; these Terms do not constitute a public offer of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.

Participants of the Promotion must be adults from permitted countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other individuals lawfully residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Terms:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have completed identity verification (KYC);
• Registered on the TradingView platform;
• Linked their WhiteBIT account to TradingView;
• Left a review of WhiteBIT in the “Brokers” section on TradingView;
• Filled out the Google Form indicating their WhiteBIT nickname, TradingView nickname, and a link to their review.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the specified Promotion Period.

IMPORTANT! Participants are prohibited from registering multiple times (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). The use of multiple accounts or collaboration with affiliated users to manipulate the Promotion Rules is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are identified, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to facilitate participation in the Promotion, as well as for marketing, advertising, taxation, and accounting purposes.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the Prize that a Participant is ineligible under these Rules, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants who meet all the Terms and Rules of the Promotion may become Winners and win a share of the Promotion’s Prize pool of 7,500 USDTB*—50 USDTB for each Winner.

*USDTB is a special in-platform bonus asset.

The maximum number of Winners is 150.

At the conclusion of the Promotion, from December 23, 2024, to December 26, 2024, the Organizer will compile a list of all Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Terms.

Each Winner can receive only one Prize.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on December 26, 2024, through the random.org service, which will automatically select Winners from all Participants who met the Terms. The ranking will determine the Winners (as per the order in the list on the website https://www.random.org).

The list of Winners and their nicknames will be published on December 26, 2024, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/). Additionally, a screen recording of the Winner selection process will be posted on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer shall credit the Prizes to the Collateral Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 7 business days from the next business day after the Winners are determined.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the crediting of the Prize via email sent to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.

If these Rules are not followed, the Winners lose their Winner status, and the right to the Prize passes to the next Winner on the list.

The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be substituted for its monetary equivalent. The Winners of the Promotion have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer does not bear warranty obligations for the Prize received as part of this Promotion and under the Terms specified in these Rules.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or chat no later than January 16, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact by January 16, 2025, including in cases related to non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to claim it.

The Winner determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the Winner’s income received from the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winners’ country.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information they voluntarily provide, including their personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, notifying about the Promotion’s results in advertising or other ways), and further potential communication of information to the Participant, including promotional information about the Organizer’s future events/contests/promotions/raffles. By accepting these Terms, the Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation and agree to comply with other Promotion Rules. The Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive proprietary intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and timelines of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules, and/or questions not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation. Moreover, the Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, or email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants and the Organizer, or for circumstances resulting in postal items not being delivered, delivered late, lost, or damaged, or for any circumstances under which the Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
