Terms and Conditions of the “Almost VIP” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 12:00 UTC on February 4, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on February 28, 2026.
Promotion Territory: the Promotion is held in all countries, except for: the USA, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, Indonesia, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or rules of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility to take part in the Promotion and, if necessary, may request proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is conducted with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising of the Organizer.
Participants of the Promotion may be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other persons who legally reside in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website or were already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion and completed the verification (KYC) procedure.
- During the Promotion Period* reached at least 50,000 USDT in spot trading volume or 2,500,000 USDT in futures trading volume and maintained an average balance of 5,000 USDT on the WhiteBIT exchange.
*To receive the Prize during the Promotion, the Participant must not have VIP status on WhiteBIT.
The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts granted to holders of WhiteBIT Coin (WBT));
- Use API bots;
- Use a corporate account (for example, created for exchange services);
- Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Carry out any other illegal activity or activity that violates the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, registering on the exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts) is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If the creation of multiple accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion period.
Any personal data of Participants of the Promotion are processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first- and second-degree kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
All Participants of the Promotion who fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion during the Promotion period have the opportunity to become Winners and win +2 VIP levels.
The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion who may receive the Prize is unlimited.
One Winner may win only one Prize.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined within 3 business days from the moment they fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion. The list of Winners of the Promotion will be published in this article on March 4, 2026.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about receiving the Prize by email sent to the address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com within 3 business days from the next calendar day after fulfilling all the Conditions of the Promotion.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or via chat no later than March 11, 2026 inclusive. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer by March 11, 2026, including regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that a Participant improperly fulfilled the Conditions of participation in the Promotion or otherwise violated these Rules of the Promotion or the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is not предусмотрено. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the Conditions defined by these Terms.
The received Prize is non-refundable.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as for the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, including advertising information, about future events/contests/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants thereby give consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and sufficient awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as of the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants of the Promotion by their participation in the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as consent to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without payment of any monetary compensation. All exclusive proprietary intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the Organizer’s website https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal services, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure information exchange between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances as a result of which postal items were not delivered, were delivered late, were lost or damaged, or as a result of which a Participant of the Promotion did not receive the relevant Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into several languages used in the Promotion, the English-language translation shall be deemed valid and shall prevail over all other versions.
