Terms and Conditions of the “Final Sprint” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on July 9th, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on July 19th, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except Spain, the United States, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Georgia, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Switzerland, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Vietnam, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Rwanda, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Please be advised: Participation in the Promotion on the futures market is restricted by location. The Promotion’s eligible territories are determined based on the market where the trading will occur.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on theWhiteBIT website or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion and passed the verification (KYC) process;
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
- Traded on the WhiteBIT futures market and achieved a trading volume* of at least 3,000 USDT during the Promotion Period;
*Participation in the “Influence Trade Battle” Promotion does not affect a Participant’s eligibility for the “Final Sprint” Promotion. Trading volume generated during the “Final Sprint” Promotion period and attributed to the “Influence Trade Battle” Promotion shall be counted in full for the purposes of both Promotions.
The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on July 19th, 2026.
The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant during the Promotion Period.
The trading volume generated by Participants during the Promotion will be counted only for the following futures trading pairs: ACE-PERP, BABY-PERP, BARD-PERP, BICO-PERP, BNT-PERP, BOME-PERP, C98-PERP, CFG-PERP, COAI-PERP, DRIFT-PERP, EDEN-PERP, ENJ-PERP, FARTCOIN-PERP, GALA-PERP, ICX-PERP, IOST-PERP, KAVA-PERP, KERNEL-PERP, LRC-PERP, M-PERP, MELANIA-PERP, MEME-PERP, NOM-PERP, ONT-PERP, ORCA-PERP, PEOPLE-PERP, PLUME-PERP, PORTAL-PERP, PUMP-PERP, QTUM-PERP, RARE-PERP, RED-PERP, RVN-PERP, SKL-PERP, SNX-PERP, STORJ-PERP, SUPER-PERP, TOWNS-PERP, TREE-PERP, W-PERP, XAN-PERP, XMR-PERP, ZIL-PERP, and ZKC-PERP.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders, VIP status users, and participants in the Affiliate Program);
- Use API bots;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
15 Promotion Participants** who fulfill the Promotion Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum 3,000 USDT) in the Leaderboard during the Promotion Period, have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes, namely a part of the Main Prize Pool, which is up to 900 USDT, distributed as follows:
1st place in the Leaderboard – 140 USDT;
2nd place in the Leaderboard – 120 USDT;
3rd place in the Leaderboard – 110 USDT;
4th place in the Leaderboard – 100 USDT;
5th place in the Leaderboard – 80 USDT;
6th – 10th places in the Leaderboard – 40 USDT each;
11th – 15th places in the Leaderboard – 30 USDT each.
**In case the number of Promotion Participants achieving a trading volume of 3,000 USDT or more is less than 15, the Main Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded according to the above-mentioned distribution, in accordance with the Participant’s place in the Leaderboard.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 15 people.
Other Promotion Participants, excluding those who rank among the top 15 positions in the Leaderboard, who achieve a trading volume of at least 3,000 USDT on the WhiteBIT futures market during the Promotion Period but do not qualify for a place in the Leaderboard, have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes, namely a part of the Additional Prize Pool, which is 100 USDT, with each Winner receiving 20 USDT.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 5 people.
One Winner can win only one Prize from the Main or the Additional Prize Pool.
Based on the Promotion results, from July 19th, 2025, to July 28th, 2025, the Organizer generates the final list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions and reached the highest trading volume at 12:00 UTC on July 19th, 2026, according to the trading volume of Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion.
The Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool will be determined on July 29th 2026. The Winners will be 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions and had the largest trading volume at the end of the Promotion, according to the rating formed in the Leaderboard.
The Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on July 29th, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participants who took the first 15 places) who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions and who achieved a trading volume of 3,000 USDT or more but do not qualify for a place in the Leaderboard. The Winners of the Additional Prize Pool are determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to:
1) The next Participant in the Leaderboard who has reached the highest trading volume on the pairs specified in the Terms and Conditions (for the Winners of the Main Prize Pool);
2) To the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service (for the Winners of the Additional Prize Pool).
The list of all the Winners will be published in this article on July 29th, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main or Additional Prize Pools will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than August 14th, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
