The Trading Festival Has Begun!

Official Rules and Details of the “Trading Festival” Promotion:

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

General Promotion period: from 12 PM (UTC) June 19, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) July 19, 2024.

Period of the Promotion, First Stage: from 12 PM (UTC) June 19, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) July 3, 2024.

Period of the Promotion, Second Stage: from 12 PM (UTC) July 12, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) July 19, 2024.

Promotion territory: Citizens from all countries, except the following, can participate in the Promotion: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Georgia, the Republic of Lithuania, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” France, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic”, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country of jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted primarily to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms do not publicly promise a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising by the Organizer.

Participants on the First Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned ones) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange who have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
• Traded permitted* trading pairs on the spot market of the WhiteBIT exchange and achieved at least** 5,000 USDT (equivalent) in total trading volume during the Promotion period.

*The trading volume of Promotion Participants will only be counted for the following pairs in spot trading on the WhiteBIT exchange: FLUX/USDT, BB/USDT, REZ/USDT, DEXE/USDT, IO/USDT.

**The minimum trading volume for participation in the Promotion First Stage, which allows the Participant’s nickname to appear on the leaderboard, is 1,000 USDT.

Attention!

The leaderboard is a ranking table of the Promotion Participants, formed according to trading volume (with the Participant with the highest trading volume at the top). It is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 (UTC) on 03.07.2024.

Trading volume is calculated as the total number of completed buy and sell orders in the specified trading pairs by the participant during the Promotion period.

Participants in the Promotion Second Stage can be adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned ones) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• During the Promotion period, purchased the indicated amount of at least one of the assets: 2.5 DEXE, 45 FLUX, 60 BB, 6.5 IO, or 270 REZ;
• Held this amount in their Main or Trade balance on WhiteBIT until the Winners of the Promotion were announced on July 26.

Attention!

Users who, at the start of the promotion (12 PM UTC, July 12, 2024), already had DEXE, FLUX, BB, IO, or REZ in their Trade or Main balance must top up their balance with at least one of the assets in the indicated amount or more: 2.5 DEXE, 45 FLUX, 60 BB, 6.5 IO, or 270 REZ compared to their balance at the start of the promotion to qualify as a participant by the end of the promotion (12 PM UTC, July 19, 2024).

The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Use wash trading (executing their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
• Use API bots;
• Use a corporate account (e.g., created for exchange services);
• Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, and WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.

Promotion conditions must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant can register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relationships, and accounting relationships.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion First Stage have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Main Prize Pool of the Promotion First Stage, which amounts to 950 USDT.

The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Promotion First Stage who can receive the Main Prize is 20 people. The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Promotion First Stage who can receive the Additional Prize is 30 people.

The Prize Pool will be distributed as follows:

• 1st place in the Leaderboard — 150 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 75 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 2nd place in the Leaderboard — 125 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 60 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 3rd place in the Leaderboard — 100 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 50 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 4th place in the Leaderboard — 75 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 35 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 5th place in the Leaderboard — 50 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 25 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 6th–10th places in the Leaderboard — 30 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 15 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage);
• 11th–20th places in the Leaderboard — 20 USDT (if participating in the Promotion Second Stage) or 10 USDT (if not participating in the Promotion Second Stage).

30 other Participants of the PromotionFirst Stage who met all the Conditions but did not place in the top 20 in the First Stage Leaderboard have the opportunity to become Winners and equally share the Additional Prize Pool of the Promotion First Stage amounting to 100 USDT, i.e., 3.33 USDT each.

Each Winner of the Promotion First Stage can receive only one Prize from either the Main or the Additional Prize Pool.

Participants of the Promotion who met all the Conditions of the Promotion Second Stage have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Main Prize Pool of the PromotionSecond, depending on the Conditions they met:

• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, verified their identity, and purchased and held at least one of the indicated assets in the amount of at least 2.5 DEXE, 45 FLUX, 60 BB, 6.5 IO, or 270 REZ during the Promotion period can receive 7 USDT (5 winners) if they did not participate in the Promotion First Stage and 10 USDT (10 winners) if they participated in the Promotion First Stage;
• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, verified their identity, and purchased and held at least one of the indicated assets in the amount of at least 4.5 DEXE, 74 FLUX, 105 BB, 10.5 IO, or 445 REZ during the Promotion period can receive 10 USDT (5 winners) if they did not participate in the Promotion First Stage, and 20 USDT (5 winners) if they participated in the Promotion First Stage;
• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT, verified their identity, and purchased and held at least one of the indicated assets in the amount of at least 6.5 DEXE, 110 FLUX, 155 BB, 16 IO, or 665 REZ during the Promotion period can receive 15 USDT (5 winners) if they did not participate in the Promotion First Stage, and 30 USDT (5 winners) if they participated in the Promotion First.

All other Participants of the Promotion Second Stage who met all the Conditions but did not win in any of the categories of the Promotion Second Stage have the opportunity to become Winners and equally share the Additional Prize Pool of the Promotion Second Stage amounting to up to 40 USDT (but no more than 4 USDT per Winner).

The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Promotion Second Stage who can receive the Main Prize is 35 individuals. The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Promotion Second Stage who can receive the Additional Prize is undefined. Each Winner of the Promotion Second Stage can receive only one Prize from either the Main or the Additional Prize Pool. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one category.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer automatically forms a list of Participants of the Promotion First Stage according to the ranking formed in the Leaderboard. The Winners who will receive the Main Prize will be the top 20 Participants who met all the Conditions of the Promotion First Stage and had the highest trading volume for the allowed pairs at the end of the Promotion First Stage. The Winners who will receive the Additional Prize will be the other 30 Participants of the Promotion First Stage, who will be selected using the service https://www.random.org/. Winners are determined by the ranking (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer also forms six lists of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion Second Stage from 20/7/2024 to 26/7/2024.

The determination of the Winners of the Promotion Second Stage, who will receive the Main Prize, will take place on July 26, 2024, using the service random.org, among all Participants of the Promotion in each list respectively. Winners are determined by the ranking (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The Winners who will receive the Additional Prize will be all Participants who met all the Conditions of the Promotion Second Stage but did not win in any of the lists and will share the Additional Prize Pool equally.

The list of Winners of the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the Promotion First Stage will be published on 11/7/2024 in an article on the WhiteBIT blog. The list of Winners of the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the Promotion Second Stage will be published on 26/7/2024, and the general list of Winners of the Promotion and the amounts of Prizes they will receive will be published on 31/7/2024 in an article on the WhiteBIT blog.

If it is impossible to contact the Winners or if the Winners did not meet these Conditions, they lose their right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner, which will be transferred to the next Winner in the list.

The Organizer credits the Prize to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners, i.e., by August 9, 2024, inclusive.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize credit by email to the address provided during registration on the websitehttps://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced by its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Conditions. The Prize received is not subject to return.

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled, or encounter any other difficulties, the Winners must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than August 16, 2024, inclusive. If the Winners do not contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit the right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties. The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize. The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, including promotional nature, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thereby give consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for creating graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive property intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items were not received, were received late, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the relevant Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
