WhiteBIT Simplifies Login: Access Your Account with Google or Apple
We have an exciting update! You can now register or log in to your WhiteBIT account using your Google or Apple account. Save time and log in instantly! This feature is available on both the mobile app and the web version. In addition to being super fast, this option comes with enhanced security features. Read on for all the details.

What is the purpose of the Google/Apple login feature?
There are several ways to log into your account on WhiteBIT exchange:
- Standard login + password pair;
- Log in via a linked Web3 wallet;
- By scanning a QR code from WhiteBIT mobile app.
Now, you can also link your WhiteBIT account to your Google or Apple account. After confirming your login via 2FA or Passkey, you can easily access your account on the exchange.
How to Register on WhiteBIT Using a Google/Apple Account?
If you haven’t registered yet but want to take advantage of quick registration via Google or Apple, follow these steps:
- Open the registration page in the app or on the web platform.
- Click the “Sign up with Google” or “Sign up with Apple” button.
- Fill out a short form to create an account using your Google or Apple information.
- If you have a referral link, add it and agree to the terms of use.
That’s it! Check your email for confirmation.
How to Log in to the Account Using Google or Apple?
If you already have a WhiteBIT account and want to log in to it via Google/Apple in the future, you can choose one of the following methods:
Method 1
Connect your Google/Apple data to your account on the exchange in the “Security” section:
- Log in to your exchange account using the usual method.
- Open the Security section and click “Account Connections.”
- Choose Google or Apple to connect the mail of the selected account with your exchange account.
- Confirm the connection using the 2FA code if 2FA is activated for your account.
Done! The accounts are connected.
Method 2
Connect your Google/Apple data to your exchange account from the authorization page:
- Try to log in using the same email address you used to register.
- You will see a pop-up window asking you to “Confirm.”
- Enter your 2FA code.
- If 2FA is not activated, you will receive an error message and a prompt to enable 2FA.
- After entering the 2FA code, you will be successfully logged in.

- Password management
To log in with your email and password, you will first need to create your own password.
- Displaying your email
The settings show partially hidden email addresses. The full address can be obtained only upon request.
- Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to enable or disable the authorization function with Google/Apple accounts.
