Terms and Conditions of the «Skin for Bitcoin Pizza Day» Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 12 PM UTC on May 25, 2025, to 12 PM UTC on June 7, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic”, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Opened a WhiteBIT Nova card for the first time during the Promotion, or already own a WhiteBIT Nova virtual card at the start of the Promotion;
- During the Promotion, made 8 payments with a WhiteBIT Nova card for any amount at establishments in the “Food and Cafes” category that fall under the following MCC codes:
5811: Caterers;
5812: Eating places and restaurants;
5813: Drinking places (alcoholic beverages), bars, taverns, cocktail lounges, nightclubs, and discotheques;
5814: Fast food restaurants.
IMPORTANT: Participation in the Promotion is limited to one account per Participant. Multiple accounts are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing. Any attempt to register or participate using more than one account, or to collaborate with affiliated users to manipulate the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior consent from the account holder.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
All Participants who comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion during the Promotion Period shall automatically qualify as Winners and be entitled to receive a Prize from the Prize Pool, specifically a Bitcoin Pizza Day Skin for the WhiteBIT Nova digital card.
The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive the Prize is unlimited.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined, and Prizes will be awarded automatically upon fulfillment of the Promotion Terms and Conditions by the Promotion Participant on June 9, 2025. The awarded Prize will be available in the list of available skins in the “Card Design” section of the “Card Settings” menu in the WhiteBIT Nova card interface.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than June 15, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
