Terms and Conditions of the “Convert & Win” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from June 18, 2026, to July 19, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Convert cryptocurrencies via the WhiteBIT Convert page and reach a total converted volume of at least 500 USDC (in equivalent) during the Promotion Period.
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Promotion Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who fulfill all the Promotion Conditions have the opportunity to become the Winner and win the Prize – 10 WBT.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 1 person.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions during the period from June 18, 2026, to July 19, 2026.
The Promotion Winner who will receive the Prize will be determined on July 20, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. The Winner of the Prize is determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
If, after determining the Winner, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list of Winners formed by https://www.random.org/ service. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took third place in the list, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the rating.
The nickname of the Winner who will receive the the Prize will be published on the Promotion page on July 20, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winner will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prize to the Winner’s Main balance on WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the nickname of the Winner is published.
The Winner of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winner does not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than August 3, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winner determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winner who receives the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winner confirms their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
