Terms and Conditions of the “Crypto Santa Secret List” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion Period runs from 13:30 UTC on December 15, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on January 15, 2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Afghanistan, Ambazonia, American Samoa, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Guam, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Myanmar, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Northern Mariana Islands, Poland, Portugal, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Puerto Rico, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, State of Palestine, Syria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Trinidad and Tobago, US Virgin Islands, USA, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary. Certain WhiteBIT products and features may be unavailable in certain countries due to local legal restrictions.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Main Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Clicked “Join now” on the landing page.
3. Completed* at least one of the following Tasks at least once:

3.1 Made transactions with the WhiteBIT Nova Debit Card in the equivalent of 160+ EUR during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Reached a trading volume of at least an equivalent of 50,000 USDС on the WhiteBIT futures market during the Promotion Period.

3.3 Used WhiteBIT Auto-Invest to buy any assets for the equivalent of 100+ USDС during the Promotion Period.

3.4 Converted assets for at least 50 USDС (or in equivalent) via the WhiteBIT Convert feature in a single transaction during the Promotion Period.

3.5 Opened a flexible WhiteBIT Crypto Lending plan in USDC with a 100+ USDC investment amount for at least 10 days, or added 100+ USDC into any existing flexible USDC Crypto Lending plan and held the funds in such a plan for at least 10 days during** the Promotion Period.

*Participants can complete Tasks 3.1 to 3.4 as many times as they want: each completed Task brings an extra entry to the Participant’s list. However, Task 3.5 counts only once. Participants are not required to complete all the above-mentioned Tasks at once.

**Participants who hold 100 or more USDC in any available flexible USDC Crypto Lending plan on the WhiteBIT exchange must ensure that, by the end of the Promotion, such funds have been held in the flexible USDC Crypto Lending plan for no fewer than 10 consecutive days.

Participants of the Promotion can also be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Additional Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Clicked “Join now” on the landing page.
3. Found a gift icon as an Easter egg on the WhiteBIT website and clicked on it during the Promotion Period. A hint regarding which section and actions might lead to finding it will be shared on the Organizer’s social media channels.

Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders and the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The Promotion Participants who complete the Promotion Main Conditions 1-2 and at least one Task at least once from Tasks 3.1-3.5 during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which consists of 4 iPhones 17 Pro, 5 iPads, and 10 AirPods, distributed as follows:

1st-4th places — 1 iPhone 17 Pro each;

5th-9th places — 1 iPad each;

10th-19th places — 1 AirPods each.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 19 people.

The first Participant to complete all the Promotion Additional Conditions will automatically become the Winner and win the Prize from the Additional Prize Pool, which consists of one iPhone 17 Pro.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 1 person.

One Winner can win only one Prize from either the Main or the Additional Prize Pools.

Based on the Promotion results, in the period from January 16, 2026, to January 23, 2026, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who have met the Main Promotion’s Conditions.

The Promotion Winners, who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool, will be determined on January 27, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Main Conditions during the Promotion Period. The Winners of the Main Prize Pool are determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The Promotion Winner, who will receive the Prize from the Additional Prize Pool, will be the Participant who will be the first to meet all the Promotion Additional Conditions.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service.

The list of all the Winners will be published in this article on January 28, 2026. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool will be published the same day on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified via email at the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com within 7 business days following the publication of the Winners’ list. The email will include a link to a Google Form where Winners must submit their delivery information within 2 calendar days. The required details include full name, residential address, and phone number.

Failure to provide the requested delivery information within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the Winner’s status, which will then be transferred to the next Participant on the list generated by the random.org service.

The Prizes will be shipped to the Winners within 10 business days after the Winners have submitted their delivery details via the Google Form.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than February 11, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
