- Register at WhiteBIT and pass the identity verification (KYC) — you also participate if you have already done this;
- Deposit any amount starting from 100 DYDX in the DYDX network to your Main balance on WhiteBIT;
- Hold these funds on your Main or Trade balance at the WhiteBIT exchange until the winners’ announcement (October 16 inclusive).

Terms and Conditions of the «Deposit Race 2:0 with DYDX» Promo
This is the second joint promo with DYDX under a joint campaign with a total budget of 7,000 DYDX, covering:
- Deposit Race 2.0 with DYDX
- Trading competition
The Promotion Organizer is WhiteBIT.
Promotion period:from 13:00 (UTC) 30.09.2024 until 13:00 (UTC) 07.10.2024.
Promotion territory: The promotion is held on the territory of all the countries except the following: Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Yemen, State of Libya, State of Palestine, Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkey, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, other than those specified above), or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the website https://whitebit.com/ or are already registered users and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- Topped up their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange in the amount of 100 DYDX in the DYDX network;
- Held the specified funds in their Main or Trade balance until the time of announcement of the Winners (up to and including October 16, 2024).
The conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.
Important! During participation in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner. In case of detection of the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion under these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and deposited 150 dYdX in the DYDX network on the WhiteBIT exchange have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Main Prize Pool—16 DYDX each
* 28 DYDX each (if they participate in the Trading competition.)
The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 25 people and Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 25 people.
Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and deposited 100 DYDX in the DYDX network on the WhiteBIT exchange also have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Fund—12 DYDX each.

According to the Promotion’s results, from 07.10.2024 to 16.10.2024, the Organizer forms two lists of Participants who met the Promotion’s Terms and deposited 100 DYDX in the DYDX network to the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winners of the Promotion will be selected on 16.10.2024 through the random.org service. The selection will be done automatically from among all Promotion Participants. Winners will be ranked based on their placement on the random.org list. The list of Winners, along with a video recording of the selection process, will be published in this article on 16.10.2024.
Attention! The exact Prize amounts for each Winner will be announced (and the prizes credited to the Winners’ accounts) in this article after the conclusion of the third DYDX Promotion, the “DYDX Trading Competition,” which ends on 05.11.2024.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 7 business days following the day of the announcement of each Winner’s Prize amount on the WhiteBIT blog, with a final deadline of 14.11.2024.
Winners will be notified of their Prize via email, using the address provided during registration onhttps://whitebit.com, within five business days after the Prizes are credited to their balances.
Prizes are awarded free of charge and cannot be replaced by their monetary equivalent. Winners do not have the right to demand any additional compensation or alternative rewards from the Organizer. The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
The Organizer offers no warranty on the Prize awarded under this Promotion and according to these Rules.
If a Winner does not receive their Prize or encounters any issues, they should contact WhiteBIT support viahttps://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or the live chat by 21.11.2024. Failure to do so by this date will result in the loss of the right to claim the Prize.
Winners cannot transfer their right to receive the Prize to third parties. However, a Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer will not compensate for any additional expenses related to Prize acceptance. Taxation of the Winners’ Prizes will be handled according to the applicable laws in the Winner’s country of residence.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided to them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it to conduct the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/competitions/promotions/raffle. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Promoter.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participating countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which The Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
