Terms of Participation in the Promotion “Grinch Party”

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 10 AM (UTC) on December 23, 2024, to 3 PM (UTC) on December 26, 2024.

Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic,” the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to promote WhiteBIT’s services.

Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.

Participants of the Promotion: Adult citizens of eligible countries (i.e., all countries except those listed above) or other individuals lawfully residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed identity verification (KYC);
• Followed the WhiteBIT’s Instagram page;
• Liked the Instagram post about the Promotion;
• Filled out the Google form, indicating their WhiteBIT exchange nickname, Username on Instagram and provided 8 correct* answers to the quiz questions.

*Participation in the Promotion is only valid if all 8 answers in the Promotion post are correct.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.

IMPORTANT! Multiple registrations on the exchange (using multiple accounts) are prohibited during the Promotion. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant can register only once (maintaining a single account). Using multiple accounts or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to facilitate participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible under these Rules, they will not be entitled to the Prize.

Participants who fulfill all the Promotion Conditions can become Winners and receive a share of the Promotion Prize pool, which amounts to 80 USDT—20 USDT per Winner.

The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion is 4.

Following the Promotion, from December 26, 2024, to January 03, 2025, the Organizer will compile a list of all Participants who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion.

Each Winner can receive only one Prize.

Winners of the Promotion will be determined on January 03, 2025, using the random.org service automatically among all Participants who fulfilled the Conditions. The ranking will determine the Winners (order on the list on https://www.random.org/).

The list of Winners and their nicknames will be published on January 03, 2025, in this article on WhiteBIT’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), and a video recording of the screen showing the process of determining the Winners will be published on WhiteBIT’s YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next business day after determining the Winners.

Winners of the Promotion will be notified of the Prize credit via email to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.

In case of violation of these Rules, the Winners forfeit their status as Winners.

The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. Substitution of the Prize for its cash equivalent is not permitted. The Winners of the Promotion are not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Prize received is not subject to exchange or return.

The Organizer does not provide warranty obligations regarding the Prize obtained under this Promotion and in accordance with the Rules outlined herein.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than January 21, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner fails to contact by January 21, 2025, including for issues regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to claim it.

The Winner determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winner’s income obtained through the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including but not limited to informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising or otherwise), as well as for possible subsequent sending of information, including promotional materials, about upcoming events/contests/promotions/raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participants thereby give their consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as regarding the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

Simultaneously, Participants of the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions and the timing of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media channels.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
