Official Rules of the Promotion “Mine with 0% Fee” and details:

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 12 PM (UTC) September 2, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) September 30, 2024.

Promotion Territory: Citizens from all countries worldwide, except the following, can participate: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Georgia, the Republic of Lithuania, Sudan, South Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” France, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Canada, Kosovo, Kuwait, China, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bolivia, Libya, Myanmar, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the Participants’ responsibility to ensure their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and, if necessary, may ask for proof of residence or address.

The Promotion is conducted mainly to popularize the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming service, or contest, and these Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as the Organizer’s advertisement rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned) or other persons legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

• Registered on WhiteBIT for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange who have passed the identity verification procedure (KYC);
• Created a mining account on WhitePool;
• Connected* at least one unit of mining equipment to WhitePool;

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within its period.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.

It is forbidden to participate in the Promotion simultaneously from whitebit.com and the local website of WhiteBIT exchange (whitebit-tr.com, whitebit.ge). Such Participants will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in accordance with these Terms, such a person will not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants who fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion will automatically become Winners and receive the Prize, namely VIP status for up to 1 month* and a 100% discount on the fee for using the WhitePool feature on the WhiteBIT exchange, valid from September 2 to September 30.

* The Prize will be valid till the 30th of September from the day following the day the Сonditions are met.

The number of Promotion Winners is unlimited. The Prize is credited automatically, within a calendar day following the day when the Conditions of the Promotion are met.

The Winner receives the Prize for free and without the possibility of exchange. No other equivalent for the Prize is provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions defined by these Terms.

The received Prize is not subject to return.

If the Winners do not receive the Prize they are entitled to, or encounter any other difficulties, Winners must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com no later than October 7, 2024, inclusive. If Winners do not contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and otherwise), as well as possible further sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about upcoming events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants in the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and duration of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and in the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants in the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms, and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and supersedes all other versions.
