3. Score the highest number of points in the quiz.
4. Do not close the app or website after completing the quiz.
5. Show your smartphone to the organizers to prove you completed the quiz.

The Participation Terms for the “Kahoot Quiz from WhiteBIT” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the company WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

Promotion period: April 19, 2024, at 14:00 a.m. UTC+4

The territory of the Promotion: The promotion is held on the territory of EVN Token2049 Dubai in Dubai, UAE.

The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a competition. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants of the Promotion can be all adult attendees of the EVN Token2049 Dubai who are not citizens of the forbidden countries mentioned above and who have fulfilled the Conditions:

1. You entered the Kahoot! website or have downloaded an app to take part in the quiz using the code provided by the Organizer and waited until the quiz to start (April 19, 2024, 14 p.m. UTC+4).
2. Correctly answered as many questions as possible about cryptocurrency and the WhiteBIT exchange.
3. Scored the highest number of points in the quiz.
4. Did not close the app or website after completing the quiz.
5. You showed the smartphone to the Organizer to prove you completed the quiz.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.

The personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions will become the Winners and win the Prize, which is the FC Barcelona branded T-shirt signed by its team players.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 1 person.

The Organizer gives the Prize to the Prize Winner immediately after checking for compliance with all the Terms and Conditions.

The Winner will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com) on April 23rd, 2024.

If the Winner does not comply with these Terms, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize, and the Winner status will be removed.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not foreseen. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the limits defined by these Terms.

If the Prize was not received, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the Organizer representative at the WhiteBIT booth during the EVN Token2049 Dubai by April 19th, 2024 (6:00 p.m. UTC+4).

The Winner, determined by the results of the Promotion, does not have the right to transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winners who received the Prize is taxed in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants’ citizenship.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by him for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the subsequent possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/competitions/promotions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants hereby consent to the following processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, particularly on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Promoter.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Promotion Organizer makes the Final Decision in accordance with the requirements of prevailing legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

If there is any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
