Terms and Conditions of the “Crypto Evolution: #MyTradingVibe” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion Period runs from 9 AM UTC on June 30, 2025, to 3 PM UTC on August 30, 2025.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Iraq, the Philippines, Algeria, the European Union, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website or already be a registered user of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion;
• Have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
• Subscribed to the Organizer’s page on X;
• Under the post about the start of the Promotion, they have written what they associate with trading during the Promotion Period.
• Filled out a Google Form with their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and X.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner. If multiple accounts are found to have been created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account created and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Promotion Participants is processed for the purposes of participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible to participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.

All Promotion Participants who fulfill the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Pool, which is 750 USDT, namely 25 USDT each.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Pool is 30 people.

The Prizes will be credited to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.

Based on the results of the Promotion, between August 30, 2025, and September 14, 2025, the Organizer will form a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms and Conditions and will determine the Winners on September 15, 2025. Winners who receive the Grand Prize will be determined by their ranking (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The list of all Winners will be published in this article on September 15, 2025. A video recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive Prizes from the Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

Prizes will be credited to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified of the Prize award by email to the email address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are awarded.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

If the Prize is not received, even though the Winner was entitled to it, or if any other difficulties arise, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than October 1, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact us by October 1, 2025, in particular regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
