Terms and Conditions of the “New Year NFTs” Promotion

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).}

^{The Promotion period will commence on the 1st of December 2023 at 10 a.m. (UTC) and conclude on the 31st of December 2023 at 10 a.m. (UTC).}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Ambazonia, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.}

^{Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:}

1. ^{Signed up on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure.}
2. ^{Topped up the balance on the WhiteBIT exchange with an amount equivalent to 20 USDT, or already have this amount on your balance.}
3. ^{Purchased a Digital Gift Card with 20 USDT or more from the list of cards available on the Digital Gift Cards page on the WhiteBIT platform.}
4. ^{Filled out the Google form. In the form, you must enter your nickname, and Polygon network wallet address and select NFT.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.}

^{Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.}

^{Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants who meet all the Promotion requirements become the Winners and win one of the NFTs from the “Being the WhiteBIT Bull” collection of their choice.}

^{The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is unlimited. One Winner may receive one Prize.}

^{The Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet all the Conditions of the Promotion based on the results of the Promotion compiled during the period between 02.01.24 and 05.01.24.}

^{The Organizer sends the Prizes from 15.01.2024 to 19.01.2024 to the address of the Polygon wallets that the Participants specified in the Google form. The Organizer will notify the Winners of the Prize by email to the email address registered in their WhiteBIT accounts within 3 working days after the Prizes have been sent.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.}

^{In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 26.01.2024 inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.}

^{Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.}

^{The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.}

^{IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.}

^{The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive shall be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the territory of the Promotion in question.}

Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result where the postal items were not received, received late, lost or became damaged.}

^{In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.}
