The Participation Terms for the “NFT Gifts for Birthday” Promotion

To receive a Main NFT:

1. Sign up for WhiteBIT and confirm your identity;
2. Deposit an amount equivalent to a minimum of 30 USDT to your WhiteBIT account;
3. Exchange a sum of at least 30 USDT for WBT;
4. Put this sum in the Holding at least until the end of the Promotion on 11/28/23;
5. Fill out the Our Birthday — Your Gifts!.

To receive a Special NFT (optional):

1. Fulfill all Main requirements;
2. Invite a new user to WhiteBIT using your referral link. The user must sign up, confirm their identity, and deposit any amount in any currency to their account on the WhiteBIT exchange;

^{The Promotion aims to promote WhiteBIT’s services.}

^{Territory of the Promotion: The promotion is open to participants in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Ambazonia, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{The Promotion participants are legal adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., excluding those mentioned above) or other individuals who, on legitimate grounds, are in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled the Main conditions:}

6. ^{Filled out the Our Birthday — Your Gifts! in which mentioned their exchange nickname, Telegram username, Polygon wallet address, chosen conditions (Main or Special), and the NFT they wish to receive as a Prize (1 of 5 Main or 1 Special NFT).}

^{Participants who additionally fulfill the following conditions have the opportunity to win a Special Prize:}

^{IMPORTANT! Signing up multiple accounts on the exchange (using multiple accounts) during the Promotion is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, each participant may only register once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.}

^{Any personal data of Promotion participants is processed for the purpose of participation in the promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.}

^{Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{After the Promotion ends, from the 29th of November, 2023, to the 1st of December, 2023, the Organizer compiles a list of Participants who have met all the promotion terms.}

^{Participants of the Promotion who meet the Main conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and receive the Main Prize — 1 of 5 regular NFTs each.}

^{Participants of the Promotion who meet the Special conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and receive the Special Prize — 1 unique NFT.}

^{One Winner can receive only one Prize — either the Main or Special from the collection “WhiteBIT 5 years”.}

^{The maximum number of Promotion Participants who will receive a Prize is all those who meet the respective conditions of the Promotion.}

^{The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ web wallets on the Polygon network within 7 calendar days from the day following the announcement of the Winners in this article on the 13th of December, 2023, inclusive.}

^{The Promotion Winners will be informed about the accrual of the Prize to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within three business days from the day of accrual of all Prizes.}

^{The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. Prize replacement is not provided. Promotion winners do not have the right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.}

^{The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.}

^{The Organizer does not provide warranty obligations regarding the Prize received as part of this promotion and in accordance with these Rules.}

^{The Promotion Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com or email support@whitebit.com no later than the 20th of December, 2023. If the Winner fails to do so within the specified period, especially regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.}

^{The Organizer does not compensate for any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Winners.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, taking all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s future events/contests/promotions. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs belong to the Organizer.}

In case of situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or questions not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of the Participants. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and cannot be appealed.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal communication, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances as a result of which postal mailings did not arrive, arrived with a delay, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.}
