Terms and Conditions for “NOVA | Factory New” Promo
The Organizers of the Promotion are WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com) and white.market (https://white.market/).
The Promotion Period is from 14:00 CET on March 21, 2025, to 14:00 CET on April 30, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except: the USA, Estonia, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizers reserve the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is aimed at promoting the WhiteBIT and white.market brands.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
– Signed up on WhiteBIT exchange and passed KYC (if not done yet);
– Ordered a WhiteBIT Nova debit card (if not done yet);
– Created an account on white.market platform and passed KYC (if not done yet);
– Topped up their balance on white.market using a WhiteBIT Nova card with an amount that corresponds to receiving the Prize level.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizers and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
All Promotion Participants who have completed the Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period will become Winners and be entitled to Prizes, namely from 1 to 3 exclusive skins for WhiteBIT Nova card, depending on the deposit amount they carried out with WhiteBIT Nova card, namely:
- By depositing any amount equivalent up to 50 USDC—One GLHF skin of the Field-Testedlevel;
- Be depositing an equivalent of 51-200 USDC—One Full Buy skin of the Minimal Wear level + one GLHF skin of the Field-Tested level;
- Be depositing an equivalent of 201 USDC and more—One Holo chicken skin of the Factory New level + one Full Buy skin of the Minimal Wear level + one GLHF skin of the Field-Tested level.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize is unlimited.
Based on the Promotion results, the Organizers automatically generate the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Terms at the time of the Promotion’s completion on April 30. All the Participants out of the list formed by the Organizers, are considered to be Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on 30.04.2025.
The Organizers will open access to the Prizes for Promotion Winners in the WhiteBIT mobile app within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period (until 07.05.2025).
The Promotion’s Winners will be notified about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after access to the Prizes is granted.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Terms or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, WhiteBIT User Agreement, along with white.market Terms of Use and WhiteBIT Nova Terms and Conditions, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. No replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is provided. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizers. The Organizers do not assume any warranty obligations in respect of the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and on the Terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
The received Prize is non-refundable.
If the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, they should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, support@white.market, or communicate with the Promoter’s agents via online chat no later than 21.05.2025. If the Winners do not contact the Organizers about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizers or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizers. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizers and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy, https://white.market/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizers.
The Organizers reserve the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizers’ websites: https://whitebit.com, https://white.market/.
The Organizers do not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizers shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizers is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizers are not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizers, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
