Terms and Conditions of the “Strategy Shot 2.0” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 16:30 (Spain time) to 20:30 (Spain time) on March 31, 2026.

Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in the WhiteBIT Fan Zone near the stadium Estadi Ciutat de València in the city of Valencia, Spain.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility to take part in the Promotion and, if necessary, may request proof of residence or location. Certain WhiteBIT products and features may be unavailable due to legal restrictions in the countries of Participants.

The Promotion is conducted with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising by the Organizer.

Participants of the Promotion may be adult citizens who have fulfilled the following Terms during the Promotion Period:

• Visited the WhiteBIT Fan Zone at the Estadio Ciutat de València stadium on March 31, 2026, and participated in the Promotion at the “Strategy Shot” stand during the Promotion Period;
• Went to the Promotion page via the QR code in the WhiteBIT Fan Zone (on the stand near the “Strategy Shot” booth), clicked the “Join” button, and provided their email;
• In the WhiteBIT Fan Zone at the “Strategy Shot” stand, selected a slot* with a fixed Promotion Prize and scored the ball into the selected slot.

*Each Participant of the Promotion has one attempt and one out of four slots to choose from during the Promotion. If the Participant does not hit the selected slot on the first attempt, they will not have the right to become a Winner and receive a Prize.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to support participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first- and second-degree kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If at the moment of awarding the Prize it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion according to these Rules, such person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all Terms of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Promotion Prizes, namely:

• Large slot — WhiteBIT x UAF postcard — 70 units;
• Medium slot — drink voucher** — 60 units;
• Smaller slot — UAF x WhiteBIT mug — 40 units;
• Smallest slot — WhiteBIT branded T-shirt — 30 units.

**The voucher can be used both at the Estadio Ciutat de València stadium and in the WhiteBIT Fan Zone until the end of the match Ukraine — Poland/Albania.

The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is up to 200 persons.

One Winner may receive only one Prize.

The determination of the Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes will take place during the football match Ukraine — Poland/Albania on March 31, 2026, at the Estadio Ciutat de València stadium in the WhiteBIT Fan Zone. Winners will receive the Prizes immediately after fulfilling the Terms of the Promotion.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the option to exchange it. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand from the Organizer any other compensation. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Terms defined in these Terms.

The received Prize is non-refundable.

Winners determined as a result of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of income of Winners who received a Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the possible further sending to the Participant of information, including advertising information, about future events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants thereby give consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as regarding the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their consent to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without payment of any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and timing of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information about this will be provided on the Organizer’s website https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, were received late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall replace all other versions.
