What do You Need to Do?
- Sign up on WhiteBIT and pass KYC. If you are already a verified user on WhiteBIT, you can also participate;
- Press “Participate” on the Promotion’s page;
- Trade the allowed* trading pairs on the WhiteBIT margin and spot markets and reach at least 10,000 USDT (in equivalent) in total trading volume;
- Fill out the Google form in which you need to enter your WhiteBIT nickname, your Telegram nickname, and your Polygon wallet address to receive NFT.

Terms and Conditions of the “Tradeball” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 12 p.m. (UTC) on March 1, 2024, to 12 p.m. (UTC) on March 26, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic”, France, Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic”, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page;
- Traded the allowed* trading pairs on the WhiteBIT margin and spot markets and reached at least 10,000 USDT (in equivalent) in total trading volume;
- Filled out the Google form, where they entered their WhiteBIT nickname, their Telegram nickname, and their Polygon wallet address to receive NFT.
*The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the ETH/USDT, BTC/USDT, WBT/USDT, ADA/USDT, LINK/USDT, MATIC/USDT, DOGE/USDT, XRP/USDT, BCH/USDT, NEAR/USDT. SOL/USDT, API3/USDT, HBAR/USDT, CHR/USDT, C98/USDT, AAVE/USDT, ARB/USDT, ENS/USDT, FIL/USDT, AVAX/USDT, EOS/USDT, TRB/USDT, DOT/USDT, UNI/USDT, XMR/USDT, APT/USDT, APE/USDT, ATOM/USDT, OP/USDT, ASTR/USDT, AI/USDT trading pair, as indicated on the Promotion page.
Important!
The Leaderboard of Participants is a ranking board of the Promotion participants that is formed according to the trading volume (where the first place is occupied by the Participant with the highest trading volume), which is updated every 30 minutes.The final trading volume data will be collected at 12 p.m. UTC on March 26, 2024.
The Trading Volume is counted as the total sum of all Participants executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Token);
- Use API bots;
- Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion can become Winners of the Main and Additional Prize Funds.
The Main Prize Fund consists of:
- 1000 WBT;
- 3 branded balls of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF).
The Additional Prize Fund consists of:
- 10 NFTs from the Tradeball Masters collection.
50 Participants who fulfill the conditions of the Promotion and achieve the largest trading volume during the Promotion’s conduction period have the opportunity to win a part of the Main Prize Fund (hereinafter — the Main Prize). All Participants of the Promotion who fulfill the conditions of the Promotion during the conduction period will win a part of the Additional Prize Fund (hereinafter — the Additional Prize), namely 1 NFT from the Tradeball Masters collection each;
The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Main Prize Fund is 50 people. The maximum possible number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Additional Prize Fund is unlimited.
The Main Prize Fund will be distributed as follows:
1st place — 230 WBT, branded UAF ball;
2nd place — 170 WBT, branded UAF ball;
3rd place — 85 WBT, branded UAF ball;
4th place — 55 WBT;
5th place — 35 WBT;
6th-10th places — 25 WBT;
11th-20th places — 15 WBT;
21-50th places — 5 WBT.
One Winner may receive only one Main or one Additional Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Funds.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically form a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and reached the highest trading volume at 12 p.m. on March 26, 2024, in accordance with the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.
The Winners who will receive the Prize from the Additional Prize Fund will be all the Participants who fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion.
The list of the Winners will be published in this article on April 2, 2024.
The Organizer of the Promotion will contact the Winners of the Promotion in private messages in Telegram to clarify the data (phone number, address for delivery of the Prize) necessary for sending the Prizes to the Winners, within 5 working days from the day of determining the Winners.
If the Winner fails to comply with these Terms, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Organizer accrues the Main and Additional Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange, on the Polygon wallet address, and postal services, namely WBT, NFT, and UAF branded balls, within 30 calendar days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners, i.e. until May 2, 2024 inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced by its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the email address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than May 9, 2024 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out by the current legislation of the participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
