Overview

What is a WB Check

WB Check is a method for transferring cryptocurrency to anyone, regardless of whether they’re registered on WhiteBIT or not.

You create a check, and the recipient simply opens a link or QR code, enters their wallet address, and receives the funds.

No technical barriers. No confusion with accounts. Just simplicity and trust.

How to Create a WB Check?

It’s pretty intuitive.

  1. Choose a currency from the available list of supported cryptocurrencies.
  2. Set the check amount (minimum 50 USDT or equivalent).
  3. Add a note (optional) — a short message for the recipient.
  4. Determine the check type: revocable (which can be canceled) or irrevocable (which cannot be canceled after creation).
  5. Confirm the operation: the system will show all the information: amount, fee (0.5%), type, and validity period (5 years).
  6. Transfer the created check in a convenient format: PDF, QR code, direct link, or even an official email from WhiteBIT with all the details for activation.

After that, you can simply send the check to a person in a messenger, by email, or even print it out. Find more details in the Help Center.

*Revocable check — a type of check that can be revoked until funds are withdrawn from it.

**Irrevocable check — a type of check that cannot be canceled after creation. It also has an additional security code.

WB Check is valid for 5 years. If the recipient does not activate the check within this time frame, the funds are automatically returned to the sender. The fee is not refundable, as it covers the costs of creating the check and processing operations.

How to Receive Funds?

The recipient opens the check, enters their wallet address (or, depending on their country of residence, additional details such as name, nationality, wallet type) and instantly receives the cryptocurrency.

Simple. Secure. Instant.

Why Are WB Checks Special?

Firstly, security — WB Checks have built-in location verification mechanisms to prevent sanctions violations. Users from prohibited jurisdictions cannot access the check. If the recipient opens a link from such a country, the check will remain “frozen” until they open it from a permitted territory.

Secondly, WB Checks are convenient for everyone who values simplicity, speed, and style. For businesses, it’s an elegant way to pay partners or clients. For traders, it’s the ability to instantly send funds without creating accounts. For friends, it’s the perfect format for an “old-school meets blockchain” crypto gift.

WB Checks are a sign of trust in the digital world: when you send a check, you’re not just transferring funds but creating a moment where technology and humanity come together. The whole point is in combining financial romance with the innovation of crypto.

Multi-currency support, simplicity, transparency, and security all make WB Checks incredibly useful. And of course — a design you’ll want to show off. So don’t delay — test the convenience of WB Checks in practice!
