WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions
By participating in the activity described herein (hereinafter – “Retrodrop”), You agree to unconditionally accept and comply with WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions, and terms and conditions of third parties which are engaged in the activity.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural, and in the plural shall include the singular; a reference to one gender shall include (shall imply) a reference to the other genders.
The Retrodrop takes effect from the date of publication of these WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions and continues till all of the Points are attributed to Participants, or until the other term solely determined by the Organizer. The expected Retrodrop duration continues till 23:59 UTC 15.07.2023.
This Retrodrop is managed by the company Clear White Solutions Limited (the British Virgin Islands) (hereinafter to be referred to as “Organizer”).
The Participant hereby confirms that he is not a citizen nor located on the territory of Afghanistan, American Samoa, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Definitions
WBT Holding — the feature provided on the WhiteBIT exchange, accessible via the link https://whitebit.com/wbt.
WB Network Testnet — Block Explorer for WhiteBIT Network Blockchain working in the test mode, available via link https://explorer.whitebit.network/testnet.
WB Soul — means unique identifier in the blockchain WB Network, connected to the WhiteBIT Account, according to the definition of WB Soul Ecosystem Terms at https://whitebit.com/wb-soul/terms.
Participant — a person who has created the WB Soul and has expressed the desire to participate in Retrodrop.
Points — technical internal identifier of the value of the actions performed by the Participant, which are acquired by the Participant through the Retrodrop activity. Points will be converted to the Prize.
Prize — a certain amount of WBT (WhiteBIT Token), which is deemed as a reward for Participants of the Retrodrop.
Zealy Platform — operating system Zealy, performing the organization of technical part of the events, accessible via the link https://zealy.io/c/wbnetwork/questboard.
Quests — activities performed by the Participants on the Zealy Platform, defined by Zealy Platform Terms of Use at https://zealy.notion.site/TERMS-OF-USE-OF-ZEALY-eee431138558434eae3d40f7560bdd41
Disqualification
The Organizer may disqualify the Participant if the latter breaches WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions, uses multi-accounts, commits fraud or mischief, which are determined at Organizer’s sole discretion, or according to the Zealy Platform’s report, or report from another Participant, or government authority.
Points Achievement
Points may be achieved by the Participant in the way of successful activity with:
- Zealy Quests;
- WB Network Testnet;
- WBT Holding.
In order to avoid Points accruement algorithm abuse and manipulations, Points are calculated internally and automatically, without informing the Participant of the action Points equivalent and total amount of achieved Points.
Zealy Quests
During the Retrodrop period stated on Zealy Platform, the Participants are able to complete Quests edited by the Organizer according to the rules published on Zealy Platform. Quests list, conditions of their completion, and recurrence possibility are published on the Zealy Platform as well.
The Participant will be attributed with a fixed amount of Points for each Quest completed.
WB Network Testnet
The Participant will be attributed with Points for the actions performed on the WB Network Testnet.
WBT Holding
As defined in the WB Soul Ecosystem Terms, WB Soul publishes the estimated amount of the WBT being held by the WB Soul connected Account. Exact sections frames of the WBT held are published at https://whitebit.com/wbt.
The Participant will be attributed with Points depending on the WBT amount locked in WBT Holding. WBT that are in the process of withdrawal from the WBT Holding are not suitable for calculations within Retrodrop.
Prize
The most active Participants will be entitled to receive the prize in a certain amount of WBT (“Prize”). The Prize amount equivalent to the Points is determined solely by the Organizer. The Organizer may settle a minimum of Points required to achieve the Prize.
ATTENTION! The Participant hereby is acknowledged and agrees that in order to receive the Prize upon the Retrodrop completion, he will be obliged to perform certain actions which will be determined in the instruction, for example, following the link.
Upon the Retrodrop completion, the Participants entitled to receive the Prize will be provided with instructions on the Prize claiming. Such instructions may be provided via the Zealy Platform via Participant contact details. The Prize claiming may be limited in time, information on limitations will be provided in the instruction.
The Participants receive the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced, as well rights to receive the Prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The Participants have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Prize claim may have tax consequences (including obligations to report, collect, or remit taxes), and the Participant will be solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations. The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Participant related to the receipt or transfer of the Prize.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, delays in the Prize receipt, or in case of any other difficulties, the Participant must contact online support by email at support@whitebit.network at his earliest convenience.
Privacy Notice
Participating in the Retrodrop, the Participant provides the Organizer with consent to use his nickname, or email, or surname and first name without financial compensation. The Participants who received the Prize confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Retrodrop in the media, particularly on television, blogs, and social media, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews, photographs, and content will belong to the Organizer.
By participating in the Retrodrop, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Retrodrop. The Participant consents to such processing of his personal data for use by the Organizer and confirms their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://explorer.whitebit.network/
Liability Limitation
To the maximal extent permitted under the applicable law, the Retrodrop is provided an “as is” and “as available” basis, and Organizer expressly disclaims, and the Participant waives, any and all other warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of functionality, correctness, accuracy, up-to-date, and non-infringement.
The Organizer bears no responsibility and provides NO indemnification for the issues and accuracy of the information provided to the Organizer by the third parties, including but not limited to the information on the number of Points achieved by the Participant.
The Participant agrees that it is the Organizer’s right, not obligation, to participate in any disputes between the Participant and third parties.
Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to change the WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions and their interpretation. In case of any changes, updated version of WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, as well additional notification may be provided on the Zealy Platform and/or the Organizer’s social networks.
The Participant must regularly get acknowledged with the up-to-date version of WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions, especially before each participation in Retrodrop.
Disputes resolution
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these WB Retrodrop Terms and Conditions and/or issues not regulated hereby, the Organizer makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
