Terms of participation in the Trading Tournament with FACEIT

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from  12:00 p.m. UTC on March 29, 2023, to 11:59 a.m. UTC  on April 2, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: Republic of Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Australia, Republic of Slovenia, Great Britain, Germany, Latvia, Mongolia, France, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Ireland, Hungary, Finland, Croatia, Georgia, Austria, Romania, Albania, Netherlands, Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, except the Joint Forces Operation territory, the temporarily occupied territory and the territories in which the state bodies of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services and will take place on the website https://whitebit.com. The announcement about the Promotion will be published on the WhiteBIT EU EAST and EU WEST organizers’ pages on FACEIT, as well as on the English- and Ukrainian-language pages of the WhiteBIT company’s social networks.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward. This Promotion is one-time, the Participant can participate only once.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the action are adult citizens of Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Australia, the Republic of Slovenia, Great Britain, Germany, Latvia, Mongolia, France, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Ireland, Hungary, Finland, Croatia, Georgia, Austria, Romania, Albania, Netherlands, Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, Spain orothers persons legally staying on the territory of Ukraine (persons who have reached the age of 18), who:

– Have registered on the website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and have passed KYC verification;

– Trade the WBT / USDT crypto pair during the promotional period on the website https://whitebit.com in the relevant section of this website.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Conditions for determining the winners:

The maximum possible number of winners of the Promotion is 20 people.

The participants who took the first 20 places in the rating table, that is, made the largest trading volume on the specified pair of cryptocurrencies, become the winners of the promotion. The rating in the table is updated automatically every 30 minutes. The list of winners will be published on April 3 in the “Tournament” section of the website https://whitebit.com, on the “FACEIT x WhiteBIT Trading Tournament” campaign page, in the “Leader Table” column.

Prize fund — 157 000 FACEIT Points (500 FACEIT Points = 1 USDT)

2nd place — 13K FACEIT points

3rd place — 12K FACEIT points

4th place — 11K FACEIT points

5th place — 10K FACEIT points

6th place — 9K FACEIT points

7-10th place — 8K FACEIT points

11-15th place — 6K FACEIT points

16-20th place — 5K FACEIT points

Within 5 working days after the end of the promotion, that is, between April 3 and 7, the winners of the promotion will receive a letter to the email address associated with the WhiteBIT account with a notification of the victory and their prize — a code for a certain number of FACEIT points.

The Winner receives the prize for free. The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com or in the live chat no later April 09, 2023, inclusive. In case the Winner does not reach out by April 09, 2023, including on matters of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the results of the drawing cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country of residence.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in the mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and is not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, including email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances, as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
