How to participate:

2. Click the “Participate” button on the Competition page.
3. Trade the BTC/USDT pair with a minimum trading volume of 5,000 USDT on the spot and/or margin markets during the tournament period from May 4 to May 22.

What you can win:

・If you meet all conditions, you are guaranteed to receive an NFT from our Bitcoin Pizza Day collection.

・If you take first place in the tournament, you can get a super exclusive NFT based on your design wishes;

・If the tournament’s total trading volume exceeds 16,000,000 USDT, the first 50 participants on the Leaderboard will each receive 10 USDT.

・20 participants with the highest trading volume will share the 1,000 USDT prize pool. The prize distribution is as follows:

1st place — 250 USDT;

2nd place — 175 USDT;

3rd place — 125 USDT;

4th place — 100 USDT;

6–10th places — 30 USDT;

Terms and Conditions of the “Bitcoin Pizza Day” Promotion

The Promotion is organized by WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).

The Promotion period: from 12 PM (UTC) on May 4, 2024, until 12 PM (UTC) on May 22, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are obliged to make sure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants and may ask for proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present on the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:

1. Signed up for the official WhiteBIT exchange website https://whitebit.com for the first time or be already signed up and passed KYC verification;
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotions page;
3. Traded the BTC/USDT trading pair with a minimum trading volume of 5,000 USDT on the spot and/or margin markets on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period.

Important! The Leaderboard is a ranking table of the Promotion participants that is formed according to the trading volume (where the first place is occupied by the Participant with the highest trading volume), which is updated every 30 minutes.

The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 PM UTC on May 22, 2024.

The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the BTC/USDT trading pair, as indicated on the Promotion page.

The trading volume is counted as the total sum of all Participants executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Coin);
• Use a corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Promotion conditions must be fulfilled within the terms of the Promotion.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Each Participant of the Promotion, who fulfills all the Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period, automatically becomes a Winner and receives Prize #1 from the Main Prize Fund, which is a branded NFT WhiteBIT (hereinafter: NFT WhiteBIT).

The first 20 Participants, who fulfill all the Promotion conditions and reach the highest trading volume during the Promotion period, have an opportunity to receive Prize #2 from the Additional Prize Fund, which is 1,000 USDT. Prize #2 will be distributed as follows:

1st place on the Leaderboard — 250 USDT;

2nd place on the Leaderboard — 175 USDT;

3rd place on the Leaderboard — 125 USDT;

4th place on the Leaderboard — 100 USDT;

5th place on the Leaderboard — 50 USDT;

6th–10th places on the Leaderboard — 30 USDT each;

11th–20th places on the Leaderboard — 15 USDT each;

The Participant of the Promotion, who fulfills all the Promotion Conditions and takes 1st place in the Leaderboard will receive a Prize from the Special Prize Fund, namely a Special NFT (one piece), the design of which will be developed taking into account the wishes of such Winner.

If the total trading volume of the Promotion exceeds 16,000,000 USDT, then the Participants who will occupy the first 50 places in the Leaderboard will receive a Prize from the Special Prize Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus) — 10 USDT each.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can win Prize #1 is limitless.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can win Prize #2 is 20 people.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can win Special NFT is 1 person.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can win Bonus is 50 people.

Each Winner may receive only one Prize from any Prize pool. The Winner can only receive one type of NFT: either Prize #1 or Special NFT.

Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer automatically generates the list of the Promotion Participants who fulfilled its Conditions at 12 PM (UTC) on May 22, 2024, according to the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

The Winners who will receive Prize #1 will be the Participants who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions of the Promotion during the Promotion Period.

The Winners of Prize #2 will be the first 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions of the Promotion and had the largest trading volume in the BTC/USDT pair at the end of the Promotion, according to the ranking formed in the Tournament Table.

In the event that the total trading volume during the Promotion exceeds 16,000,000 USDT, the first 50 Participants who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions and had the largest trading volume for the BTC/USDT pair at the time of the Promotion, according to the ranking formed in the Leaderboard, will also receive a Bonus — 10 USDT each.

The Participant who fulfills all the Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period and takes the first place in the Leaderboard will receive an individualized Special NFT.

The list of Winners will be published in this article on May 30, 2024.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website on June 10, 2024. The Winner must contact the Organizer by June 12, 2024 9:00 PM (UTC) and inform them of the following data to receive the NFT: fill out the Google form, enter their nickname on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange, the address of their wallet on the Polygon network and choose the desired NFT (or describe what the desired Special NFT will look like for the Winner who will take 1st place in the Leaderboard according to the Promotion results).

In case it is not possible to contact the Winner or if the Winner does not comply with these Conditions, such Winner loses the right to the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.

The Organizer shall credit Prize #2 and Bonus on the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 working days from the next calendar day after the publication of the list of Winners.

The Organizer will credit the #1 Prize and the Special NFT to a wallet on the Polygon network. Prize #1 will be awarded until June 21, 2024 inclusive. Special NFT will be credited until June 30, 2024 inclusive.

The Winner receives the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT for free. The Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT cannot be replaced with its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of not receiving the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website and the email address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than the July 4, 2024 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize and/or Bonus, NFT, Special NFT is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer. All proprietary and non-property intellectual property rights to the Special NFTs received by the Winners under this Promotion shall belong to the Winners.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Conditions and/or issues not regulated by these Conditions, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer.
