Terms and Conditions of the “NFT for Newbies” Promotion

Warning! The rules of the Promotion have been updated, and the Promotion has been prolonged.
The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion’s duration: from 10 a.m. (UTC) on May 19, 2023, until 11:59 p.m. (UTC) on April 10, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the «Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic», the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

The campaign is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other adult persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Signed up for the first time on the official website https://whitebit.com or are already users and have passed the KYC verification from January 10 to April 10;
- Became a member of the WhiteBIT Telegram community;
- Created or already have a wallet on the Polygon network;
- Deposited the amount equivalent to at least 5 USDT to their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period.
- Filled out the Google form at the link, where indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname on Telegram, their wallet address on the Polygon network, and picked an NFT they wanted.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed in order to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, the Participants will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Promotion can become the Winners and receive 1 NFT each from the “WhiteBIT Prime Entry: My Genesis” collection.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
All NFTs can be viewed on the OpenSea platform at the link.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners from January 10 to March 10, 2024 is unlimited.
According to the results of the Promotion on 10.04.24, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion. All Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled all its Conditions during the conduction period are automatically considered Winners.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ wallets on the Polygon network from 11.04.24 to 12.04.24 inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize accounting by a letter to the email address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website within three working days after the accrual of all Prizes.
The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize received is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged in accordance with these Rules. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact the online support on the https://whitebit.com website, by email support@whitebit.com or in a live chat no later than the 19.04.2024. If the Winner does not apply by 19.04.2024, including on issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined by the results of the giveaway cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the participating countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him in order to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/Promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, the Participants of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the participating countries. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
