Terms and Conditions of the “Trading Competition with FreeBnk” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion period will commenceon 12 PM (UTC) June 15, 2024 to 12 PM on July 13, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Yemen, State of Libya, State of Palestine, Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following Conditions:

1. Signed up on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already signed up users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification procedure (KYC);
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page;
3. Traded the FRBK/USDT trading pair and reached a minimum trading volume of 4,000 USDT on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period.

Important! The Leaderboard is a ranking board of the Promotion participants, formed according to trading volume (where the first place is taken by the Participant with the highest trading volume) and updated every 30 minutes. The final trading volume data will be collected at 12 PM UTC on July 13, 2024.

The trading volume of the Participants of the Promotion will be counted only for the trading pair FRBK/USDT.

The Trading volume is the total amount of all Participants’ executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of WhiteBIT Coin);
• Use API bots;
• Use a corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Take part in any illegal activity, including those covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the specified timeframe.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants who fulfill the Promotion Conditions and achieve the largest trading volume during the Promotion Period will have the opportunity to win 50,000 FRBK from the Main Prize Fund.

The first 20 Participants on the Leaderboard who meet the Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the highest trading volume during the Promotion period will have the opportunity to win Prizes from the Main Prize pool, which will be distributed as follows:

The 1st place — 12,300 FRBK;

The 2nd place — 7,500 FRBK;

The 3rd place — 5,000 FRBK;

The 4th-9th places — 2,000 FRBK each;

The 10th-20th places — 1,200 FRBK each.

Other Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Fund, which is 20,000 FRBK, namely 1,000 FRBK each.

The maximum number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Main Prize Fund is 20 people, and the maximum number of Winners who can win a Prize from the Additional Prize Fund is 20 people.

One Winner may receive only one Main or Additional Prize from the Main or Additional Prize Funds.

Based on the Promotion’s results, the Organizer will automatically form a List of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion’s Terms and reached the highest trading volume at 12 PM (UTC) on July 13, 2024, following the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the time of the Promotion’s completion. This List will be available in the Leaderboard.

The determination of the Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize fund will take place on July 23, 2024 using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms, except for those Participants who have become Winners and will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Fund. Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Fund are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The list of the Winners will be published in this article on July 23, 2024. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive Prizes from the Additional Prize Fund will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners.

Winners of the Promotion will be informed about their winnings by email to the email address specified during their registration on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has improperly fulfilled the Terms of participation in the Promotion or otherwise violated these Promotion Rules of the User Agreement, then such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner passes to:

– when distributing the Main Prize Fund, to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who achieved the largest trading volume on the FRBK/USDT pair. For example, in case of disqualification of the Participant who took the third place, his award will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the Leaderboard.

– when distributing the Additional Prize fund, to the Participant selected using the random.org service.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer.

If the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than August 2, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winners who received the Prize is taxed according to the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
