Total Balance

This tab provides a complete overview of all your balances and assets in one place. Here, you can deposit funds, transfer between Main and Trade balances, withdraw, exchange UAH and USDT via P2P Express, send assets through Quiksend, and track your transaction history.

Besides, by clicking “Buy Crypto,” you can instantly purchase cryptocurrency using fiat.

Additionally, this page includes a link to the blockchain explorer for any cryptocurrency and the option to enable notifications for when deposits, withdrawals, or trading become available again for a specific asset.

Main and Trade Balances

The Main balance is used for depositing and withdrawing cryptocurrency and fiat, as well as exchanging UAH and USDT via P2P Express. It also provides access to Quicksend (available for USDT, USDC, and WBT), Crypto Lending, and the WBT Boost page, where you can learn about WBT benefits, place it into Holding, or keep it in Owning.

Funds are credited to the Main balance in the following cases:

  • After a deposit is credited;
  • Before a withdrawal is processed;
  • After receiving referral rewards;
  • Before creating a WhiteBIT Code;
  • After activating a WhiteBIT Code;
  • Before opening a Crypto Lending plan;
  • After closing or terminating a Crypto Lending plan.

The Trade balance, on the other hand, is used exclusively for spot trading without leverage.

To trade, you must transfer assets from the Main balance to the Trade balance, which can be done via the “Transfer” button on the Total or Main balance page. Transfers between balances are completely free.

From the Trade balance, you can transfer funds, exchange them, or start trading a specific asset. If your balance runs low, you’ll need to transfer funds from the Main balance to continue trading. Plus, you can convert small asset balances into WBT right here.

Collateral Balance

The Collateral balance is essential for leveraged trading. Just like with the Trade balance, you can transfer funds to it from your Main balance. During margin and futures trading, positions are secured using funds from the Collateral balance. Additionally, any assets available on your Collateral balance can be used as collateral, though the list only displays assets eligible for margin and futures trading.

Earn balance

Our exchange offers an exceptional tool within WhiteBIT Earn, enabling you to earn passive income from long-term investments in digital assets. All active Crypto Lending plans are conveniently displayed in the Earn balance section.

In this window, you can view the details of your open Crypto Lending plan, including the asset, interest rate, period, time to completion, closing date, profit, and bonus (if you hold a certain amount of WBT in Holding). You’ll also find the history and the option to quickly open a new plan. You can close your plan anytime, but doing so before the planned completion will result in losing all accrued profit.

Additionally, general balance settings allow you to hide zero balances, hide the equivalent, set the equivalent in BTC, and hide Demo tokens.

The following functions are available here:

  • Hide equivalent (data for all assets will be displayed without USDT equivalent)
  • BTC equivalent (the equivalent in BTC will be displayed for all assets)
  • Hide zero (only assets with a positive balance will remain in the list)
  • Hide Demo Tokens (DUSDT and DBTC will be removed from the list of assets)
