Terms and Conditions of the “The Quiz with UAHg” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
Promotion period: starting at 12 p.m. UTC on the 16th of December 2023 and ending at 12 p.m. UTC on the 22nd of December 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Spain, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is aimed at popularizing WhiteBIT services.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling business service, or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward. Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement.
Participants in the Promotion are adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., except those mentioned above) or other individuals who, on legal grounds, are in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled these Conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already its users and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- During the Promotion period, correctly answered 8 or more questions out of 10 questions about UAHg in the Google form via the link.
- In the same Google form, provided their contact information: nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange.

IMPORTANT! Registering multiple times on the exchange during the Promotion (use multiple accounts) is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, each Participant can register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of the discovery of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion participants are processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relationships.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of relationship) have no right to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize and the right to receive the Prize passes to the next Winner in the list.
Participants in the Promotion have the opportunity to win part of the Prize pool in the amount of 30,000 UAHG — 1,500 UAHG each.
The maximum number of Promotion winners is 20 people.
One Winner can win only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion from the 22nd of December 2023 to the 29th of December 2023 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The determination of Promotion Winners will take place automatically on the 29th of December 2023, using the random.org service, among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Conditions. Winners are determined by number (place in the list on the https://www.random.org service).
On the 29th of December 2023, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog and a video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel. The Organizer sends the Prizes to the Winners to their Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the day following the publication of the Winners’ list.
In case of impossibility to contact the Winner or non-compliance with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner, and this right passes to the next Winner in the list.
The Winner receives the prize for free. Replacement of the Prize is not provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer does not bear warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and on the terms specified in these Rules.
In case the Prize is not received, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, the email address support@whitebit.com, or through the chat no later than the 10th of January 2024. If the Winner does not contact by the 10th of January 2024, particularly regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.
Winners determined as a result of the draw cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties. The participant of the Promotion has the right to decline the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising, as well as in other ways), and also further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the data requirements of the Terms, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of the Organizer’s use and/or other authorized persons, confirming their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion confirm their consent to using their names without any material compensation, as well as the agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about their participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without payment of any monetary compensation to them. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions and terms of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations allowing for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of the Participants. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the telecommunication companies’ services, postal communication, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances as a result of which postal shipments did not arrive, arrived with a delay, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
