We have updated our withdrawal form. Now you can choose whether to include the fee in the sum you want to withdraw or not. The options and the size of the fee will be displayed in the form after you enter the amount.
Please note that there are different types of fees (they depend on the currency and network):
- Fixed (for example $10)
- Flexible in % (for example 10%)
- Flexible + fixed
You will receive a confirmation email with the information about your fee and the amount (sent & received).
