Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Buy Contest With UAHG” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

Promotion period: from 10 (UTC) on 12.04.2024, until 10 (UTC) on 19.04.2024.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants in the Promotion are adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., except those mentioned above) or other persons who, on legitimate grounds, are on the territory of such countries and have fulfilled these Conditions:

• Passed identity verification on the WhiteBIT Exchange (KYC);
• During the Promotion period, purchased at least 1200 UAHG;
• Held this amount on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT until the announcement of the Promotion Winners on the 30 of April.

Important! During participation in the Promotion, registering on the Exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts) is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts owned by the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the Owner’s consent. In case of the discovery of multiple account creation, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within its Promotion period.

Any personal data of the Participants in the Promotion are processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion according to these Terms, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a Prize depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:

• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity and purchased and held 1200 UAHG during the Promotion will get a chance to get a Prize of 400UAHG to each of the 30 Winners;
• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity and purchased and held 2400 UAHG during the Promotion will get a chance to get Prize 2: 600UAHG to each of the 20 Winners;
• Participants who registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity and purchased and held 4800 UAHG during the Promotion will get a chance to get Prize 3: 1200 UAHG to each of the 15 Winners;

The maximum number of Promotion Winners is 75. Each Winner can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can win in one of the categories.

Following the results of the Promotion, during the period from the 19th of April 2024 to the 29th of April 2024, the Organizer compiles 4 lists of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.

The Winners of the Campaign will be determined on April 30, 2024, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Campaign Participants in each category who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).

First, the Winners will be selected among the Participants who bought and held 7800+ UAHG and will receive the Prize 4.

After that, the Winners will be selected among the Participants who bought and held 7800+ UAHG and will receive the Prize 3.

Then, among the Participants who bought and held 2400+ UAHG will be selected the Winners who will receive the Prize 2.

Then the Winners will be selected among all the remaining Participants of the Promotion who will receive the Prize 1.

The list of Winners will be published on the 30th of April 2024 in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and in a video recording of the Winners’ determination process screen will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days after announcing the Winners.

Promotion Winners will be informed of the Prize crediting by email, provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 7 business days from the date of crediting all Prizes.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. There is no provision for replacing the Prize. The Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.

The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in online chat by no later than the 4th of May, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for additional expenses associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information by them, including the personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information, including advertising, about the Organizer’s subsequent events/contests/promotions/draws to the Participant. At the same time, Participants in the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as the consent to comply with other Promotion Rules. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and timeframe Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social media accounts.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise among the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not covered by these Rules, the Promotion Organizer makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal shipments were not delivered, arrived late, were lost, or damaged; or as a result of which a Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
