Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “WhiteBIT Fest” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 9:00 a.m. (UTC) on April 11, 2024, until 9:00 a.m. (UTC) on April 25, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The campaign is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- Fill out the Google form at the link where they indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange;
- Every day during the Promotion Period, scored points for completing tasks on the WhiteBIT exchange, namely at least one of the following tasks:
- Top up the balance for 100 USDT in the equivalent of any crypto asset featured on WhiteBIT and keep the amount at least until the prizes of the Promotion are accrued — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 10,000 to 20,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 20,001 to 50,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 50,001 to 100,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 100,001 to 200,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 200,001 to 500,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 1 point;
- Reach a trading volume of 500,001 to 1,000,000 USDT on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 2 points;
- Reach a trading volume of 1,000,001 USDT or more on the BTC-PERP pair on the WhiteBIT futures market — 2 points.
Important! Points are not carried over to another day and can be earned only once daily for each task.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Important! While participating in the Сampaign, you are forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion by these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion can become Winners and win a part of the Promotion Prize fund, which is 825 WBT. Every day, Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to win one of the following Prizes, depending on the number of tasks completed by them:
- One of the Participants who scored 1 point will have an opportunity to win 1 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 2 points will have an opportunity to win 2 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 3 points will have an opportunity to win 3 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 4 points will have an opportunity to win 4 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 5 points will have an opportunity to win 5 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 6 points will have an opportunity to win 6 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 7 points will have an opportunity to win 7 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 8 points will have an opportunity to win 8 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 9 points will have an opportunity to win 9 WBT;
- One of the Participants who scored 10 points will have an opportunity to win 10 WBT.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 10 per day, and the maximum possible general number of Promotion Winners is 150.
From 11/04/2024 to 25/04/2024, inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions daily.
The determination of Promotion Winners who will receive the Prize takes place separately for each day of the Promotion and depends on the number of points scored on the previous day, starting from April 10, 2024. The determination is carried out using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms, and precisely on the following dates:
- Winners for April 11, 2024, will be selected on April 12, 2024.
- Winners for April 12, 13, and 14, 2024, will be selected on April 15, 2024.
- Winners for April 15, 2024, will be selected on April 16, 2024.
- Winners for April 16, 2024, will be selected on April 17, 2024.
- Winners for April 17, 2024, will be selected on April 18, 2024.
- Winners for April 18, 2024, will be selected on April 19, 2024.
- Winners for April 19, 20, 21, 2024, will be selected on April 22, 2024.
- Winners for April 22, 2024, will be selected on April 23, 2024.
- Winners for April 23, 2024, will be selected on April 24, 2024.
- Winners for April 24, 2024, will be selected on April 25, 2024.
- Winners for April 25, 2024, will be selected on April 26, 2024.
The rating determines the winners (placed in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The list of Winners will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on April 25, 2024. A screen recording video of determining the Winners will also be posted on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange every Tuesday and Friday, namely 04/16/2024, 04/19/2024, 04/23/2024, 04/26/2024 and 04/30/2024 for the Promotion days preceding these dates.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than May 4, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winners who received the Prize is taxed according to the current legislation of the participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision based on the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the conclusion of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
If there is any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
